10,0 Excellent
Pros: everything was good. room was fine. location was fine. people around also only nice people I could meet with my old friend there coincidentally I felt i would like to come back the same place again
Cons: the price at bar on 26th floor was extremely high. the pub at 2nd floor was so clouded. Even non smoking section smell cigar. Lentil soup which I ordered for room service was no taste like a water. ground floor lobby can be more organized maybe?
10,0 Excellent
Cons: A bit pricy .. small lobby
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are clean. Location is perfect. There are two ladies in the reception were very helpful. Room size is great.
Cons: First of all, if you would like to spend ur nye in Beirut I would suggest u to choose another program rather than hotel nye prog because the singer Lara rain wasn't that good, she was singing very slow and dj wasn't prepared for the nye theme tbh.. Since the price is 400 $ per person. I think it s a waste of money. Breakfast is okay nothing special. You can also eat outside because there are many nice cafes for convenient prices for food. Even though they do their best to accommodate you comfortable there are some immature employees in the reception because eventho we had check out next day, they phoned me up at 8 pm just the day before my check out and he said that our expenses are over limit so I have to come down and pay it asap which I found it very very rude. We are not running away from the hotel. And the Cafe one day my dad was feeling a bit dizzy he was going to take his pills, he ordered " one glass of water with lemon slices" they charged him for 4$ for it. Eventho I made a comment about it he wrote on the bill shows its a white latte. Okay so far I always stay in the best hotels all over the world but for 4 seasons concept it wasnt very pleasant if I go to Beirut again I would definitely prefer to stay in Intercontinental not here.

6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The problems started at the very beginning of our stay, we checked in and had a room card with the wrong room number, when we tried to open the room someone has opened the door. There was an other guest in the room that the receptionist sent us. And when we checked in they took $100 as the deposit by cash, they told us that it’s just deposit and that we can also take it back in cash. When we we’re checking out they told us that we spent $43 ( our extras were $34) we accepted that amount after long discussions. And wanted the rest of the deposit in usd as we paid them, but they told that they don’t have any Us Dollars so they paid as lebanon liras but exchanged in low rate, half an hour we tried to explain that we’re leaving so we can’t use Lebanon Liras and don’t have time for exchange and wanted to speak with manager but the manager didn’t speak with us.

Pros: The people at the front desk was very helpful and rooms were always cleaned to an excellent condition.
Cons: Service around the pool was awful and painfully slow. Due to a low amount of people staying at the hotel a lot of the facilities were shut. Also, a friend of mine got locked in the fire stair case and couldn’t get out as the door only opened one way. When we challenged the staff about this they said that if there’s a fire the security would unlock the fire doors, which is a ridiculous concept and massive safety risk.

7,9 Good
Pros: Hotel's restaurant (breakfast & lunch) staff and food were of higher standards and definitely more than what we expected! Well done :-)
Cons: Our room was very quiet and comfy. It was somehow not to our taste ,,, but that was certainly not of a big issue. Lebanese FM radio was playing beautiful music and for the little time we spent in the room we truly enjoyed our room time :-)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff who went out of their way to help. Central location.
Cons: This is NOT a 5 star hotel in the traditional sense. Small lobby with squeezed facilities. Very poor breakfast buffet selection. The hotel is badly in need of renovations. Bedsheets and curtains with holes, cloth napkins in the restaurant in shreds. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for what it offers, at almost $280 per night for their simplest room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I like the room very much. The staff is so professional and friendly. The location is excellent.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just perfect
Cons: None
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel's location was good, the view of the rooms with balconies is great and the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.
Cons: The housekeeping service was great and punctual but there seems to be a communication gap between the helpdesk and the direct service providers (e.g. housekeeping and room service). The room service food quality was not up to par and the choices are a bit limited. The hotel is extremely small (approx. 5-6 rooms per floor + suite) and the elevator barely holds 4 adults. The reception did not block the amount of my stay during check-in as they said it was not necessary and called me 4 times the following day to give them my credit card which was an annoyance. The executive lounge is far too small and smoking rules were not followed especially that there was a designated smoking and non-smoking areas in the lounge but they would let people smoke anywhere. The breakfast is at the small restaurant sharing the space of the executive lounge. it has a nice view but very small. There is no buffet, you choose breakfast from a limited menu which we didn't like and resorted to room service which brought us bread in bags (not fresh and previously given to other guests since there was half eaten bread in there). I expected a better service and accommodation based on the price we paid. I stayed in the executive suite and they did not even refill my amenities in the first days of my stay until I complained to them about it.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: They ask for a deposit of 50 US Dollars which was not indicated in the conditions of booking.com and as soon as I went into my room I was harassed by the receptionist asking for the ID of my partner. I am frequently booking in this hotel and it was the first time that I was forced to pay 50 Dollars as a deposit and harassed continuously as soon as I get into my room. I think hotels must have a black list and honored guests and treat differently their guests accordance to their experience with each guest. Thank you
