8,0 Very Good
Pros:A choice of cars
Cons:I selected the wrong pick up location and couldn't change it. However 6th allowed an alternative drop off location foc. Slow collection of car due to slow customers ahead of me. Too many choices at the desk at hiring time
Pros:Helpful receptionists at pick up and drop off. Park very close to airport.
Cons:The price -but of course it was Switzerland !
Cons:Didn't realize that there wasn't an easy way to get from the airport to the downtown Sixt location. And then when our flight was late and we couldn't get to the downtown location before they closed, we couldn't transfer our reservation to the Sixt airport location because we prepaid through kayak. We ended up paying for an additional car for one day and then we had to drive back to the city the next day when the downtown location was open to get it all straightened out. It was kind of a pain.
Pros:Loved the red Fiat 500, people were kind at Sixt and very helpful. Thanks for all.
