Pros:
The service was good. The staff was knowledgeable. The only thing that could have been an issue is the fact we came in an hour early to pick up the car and they said they didn't have a car available and would not have one until our pick up time. I've never encountered a car rental where I had to have the exact time of pick up. This facility is not by an airport so it does not depend on flights for scheduling cars. We got a car and it was acceptable. Good experience.Cons:

They pick you up from home to get your rental. Let u print out the paperwork you need for the rental. All free of charge.Cons:
Everything. Booked thru kayak and it didn't explain any of the policies for enterprise. Never book thru a third party. Book with the company!10,0 Wonderful

The agent was unwelcoming & very nasty attitude, misleading.. I didn't hv the proper qualifications the 1st day so I told her I would return the very next morning only to get turned dwn again. I've rented the same vehicle from the same place this time last year 2015. I had no problem.. I think the agent just need an attitude adjustment if she's going to be doing public services. I ended up going to Enterprise Rental in Decatur, Ga.10,0 Wonderful
