It seemed like the process for picking up my car was rushed.

People were friendly, car was clean, didn't hassle me about refuelingI reserved a standard car and got a clown car (Chevy Sonic). It took 20 minutes to process car pickup. Location was not convenient (although that's not their fault - pickup at PBI was over $1000, Jupiter was $130).

Never again will I rent from Enterprise. Location had no vehicles and also closed earlier than posted. Other location we rented from had no cars that I wanted. We ended up renting a HUGE Ford Pickup that wreaked of marijuana. Horrible experience

Staff was great! Cars back seat could have been a little cleaner. Outside was very clean. Process was seamless. A little pricey. I could have gotten it about half price at Budget but the close proximity of Enterprise to my house, 2 blocks, made the extra cost more palatable.

Good value over holidayPrice, car had low mileage and good features.Some issues getting the car, slight price differential but we worked that out, only one person working so it took forever. Wd rent from them again.
