The two men working at drop off were excellent and had great customer service.Cons:
The “manager” working at pickup was rude and nasty. The pickup process was not timely. The car wasn’t cleaned and was missing a headlight which they said don’t worry about it is only a fog light so you can’t get a ticket!10,0 Wonderful

The outside of the car was not clean, but the staff offered to get it washed if I had the time to wait. Also, the gas tank was not full and they did not mention it until I came back to the counter - then they told me they already knew. However, my contract indicated the gas was 8/8.5,6 Fair

The car smelled of cigarette smoke. All the windows were down and I was wearing a face mask, so I didn’t realize until I drove away and took off the mask and rolled the windows up.10,0 Wonderful
