Jeep Patriot had chocolate all over the passengers seat front and rear. We traveled with that rubbing into my hair until our destination....how gross. It was visible so it leads us to wonder are they actually maintaining the vehicle at all.10,0 Wonderful

Reserved a rental car month in advance and called the day before pickup to confirm reservation and was told they would not have car for me to pickup,SAID OUT OF CARS If I had not called I would have arrived at hertz and been stuck there with no car! They did not even bother to call me. Was told someone would call me back if they found me a car but nobody even bothered to do that. Called customer service several times,which was overseas and was also told someone would be in touch with me,which also no call back. Will not do business with them againBudget

I've rented a lot of these types of vans and this one was the best with all the upgrades that have been done. When I reserved the van, I reserved a "mini van" but when I went to pick up, I was offered either a 8 passenger van with extra cargo room or a SUV. I took the van. It did really well. The price was great. Check in was quick. Check out took a bit longer but it was also the end of the day. I will definitely look to them again when:if I need to rent a vehicle again.6,0 Okay

I did not like anything about this rental. The car we had was the most miserable ride. Extremely uncomfortable seats and less than efficient shock absorbers. The car had not been cleaned between customers and smelled of smoke. I returned the car 22 hours early and was given no rebate. That is a bad policy.2,0 Poor
