They have zero customer service skills. My reservation was for 9am. I got there at 8:45 and was told they had to "go get my car and it would be at a least 40 minute wait. It never mentioned I would need a major credit card if I didn't 0ass their credit check (that I didn't authorize). I drove out of my way to this place and it was all for nothing.9,6 Wonderful

I know pickup was on July 4th. But was traveling from Missouri to Arkansas on that day. I did not receive a call or email from Avis stating that they would be closing early on the 4th. Otherwise I would have left MS earlier to make it to AVIS by noon. We called customer service to see if there was another pick up location that was open. It was at an airport 2 hrs away and they wanted to charge us $150 more. Thank goodness my flight was not until the afternoon on the 5th, which allowed me to pick it up early that morning before traveling to Oklahoma. I was not happy! CS was not helpful either as far as problem solving.2,0 Poor

The staff in Bentonville was incredibly efficient and helpful. The dropoff in Little Rock was friendly and quick as well. The Toyota Corolla had nice features and excellent on gas mileage.Cons:
The interior was dirty. There was a liquid spill around the emergency brake with several large particles of food. I thought about cleaning it for the next person, but honestly it was nasty and not the job of the renter. The cost for a one-way 200 mile trip was too high, but I had no other options.8,8 Very Good
