They have zero customer service skills. My reservation was for 9am. I got there at 8:45 and was told they had to "go get my car and it would be at a least 40 minute wait. It never mentioned I would need a major credit card if I didn't 0ass their credit check (that I didn't authorize). I drove out of my way to this place and it was all for nothing.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff in Bentonville was incredibly efficient and helpful. The dropoff in Little Rock was friendly and quick as well. The Toyota Corolla had nice features and excellent on gas mileage.Cons:
The interior was dirty. There was a liquid spill around the emergency brake with several large particles of food. I thought about cleaning it for the next person, but honestly it was nasty and not the job of the renter. The cost for a one-way 200 mile trip was too high, but I had no other options.2,0 Poor
