Apparently MSP airport has 2 pickups for rental cars. We didn’t know this. I was told upon pickup that I was at the wrong place. They took care of me though. We dropped it off at the address listed on the agreement. It was at the other terminal. We had to hump our luggage on a train, through the other terminal and than a tram. We were in good shape and had time, so no worries. If neither of those things were true. It would’ve been tough. Better communication would help.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It was cold in Minnesota and when I turned the heat on the windows would cloud up. I had to continuously turn on the rear and front window heaters which would then shut off the heat. But it was alright, I did not freeze but it could have been a little more comfortable. I would rent from them again.2,0 Poor

Our rental was supposed to be $460 for 12 days but I was charged $610. Enterprise told me they couldn’t find my booking and had to make a new one even though I had the confirmation number. I booked a car using Kayak supposedly for MSP but when I got to the airport, I was that the car was for an off-airport location some 15 minutes away by taxi...and that I would return the car to the same location...they ended up renting me a car at 2.5x the price I reserved...never again...Kayak or Enterprise9,2 Wonderful
