When I get to cali they couldn’t find my reservation and they didn’t have any car avalible I have to struggle find it someone to help me with another rental I have to used an taxi You guys should be more responsible with the reservation I have traveled with my two 1 year old kids and have to pass Not a good dealing with this I try contact you guys via call whiteout any succes

The car was in poor conditions, brakes were old and needed to be replaced. The car vibrates a lot, didn’t have enough torque due bad maintenance ….. customer service was amazing tho

Well I was supposed to pick up the car at 7 am but the car wasn’t ready, when I called the agent he said he was going to be there shortly “2 minutes he said” well he was 40 minutes late because he had a problem but then he show up there with an attitude stating that well everybody has problems, I had a trip program and I was not able to leave when I had plan so that was not good. On top of that a full cover insurance is extremely expensive.

I was forced to upgrade and pay more just to get a vehicle that was allowed driving during my stay without restrictions due to the congestion restrictions. Either it was set up that way or Alamo has very limited selection of vehicles.
