1. we were not told that AVIS would collect us from our nearby hotel to pick up the car. Why was that? Instead we paid around £15 for a taxi! 2. AVIS insisted that they did not recognise our private car hire insurance with Questor and had to pay $16 per day for AVIS insurance. I wish to complain!10,0 Wonderful
