Pros:
Pickup was not good since the desk closed at 4 and our flight arrived at 6:30. We were forced to spend a night in the only hotel that would take us due to the quarantine of outside visitors to Vermont. The hotel bent the rules to let us stay, otherwise we would not have had a place to stay to pick up the car next morning. I should note that all the other rental desks were open when we arrived.Cons:

Drop off at TF Greene airport in Warwick was very poorly marked. No good directions were available. Web site info for this location needs to be updated with clearly written directions to drop off in the parking garage!10,0 Wonderful

We had a very good experience renting from enterprise. The booking went well, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived, and we were able to get a free upgrade on a car. We had no issues and would recommend enterprise in Burlington.10,0 Wonderful

I was charged extra fees at pick-up that I was NOT made aware of. I would have never rented from here if I knew I would end up paying DOUBLE the offered amount. The woman who tried to explain on customer service was rude. The car smelled like cigarette smoke.8,8 Very Good

The woman at the counter spoke very good English.Cons:
You must drive into a garage where there is only a small sign posted, that applies to all car rental companies, which you must stop and read, and it is on a curve where cars are blindly coming around and you must stop, block traffic, and read the four steps of 1) parking the car in the appropriate area, 2) cleaning it out, 3) writing down the mileage and 4) locking it, noting the number of your space, and returning the keys to the rental counter. What it doesn't say is 1) your parking space is far away 2) the rental counter is across the street in the main terminal downstairs on the other end 3) the escalators don't work and 4) have fun waiting in line to turn in all this information you are supposed to provide.6,4 Okay
