I was charged an extra $107.00 for something. I still have no idea what it was for and the receipt, which was emailed to me, does not disclose the reason for the charge. I will have to contact Hertz for an explanation. It might have been done in error but it did not apply to any extra that I agreed to pay. I am very disappointed and was quite surprised to see the amount on the emailed receipt.4,8 Mediocre

The workers there make you feel like your lost, as if they don’t know I’m there to pick up a rental car. Rude, not accommodating. Excellent friendly service, I was nervous about getting the specific vehicle that I had rented, due to a bad experience with a different company. Jibrill assured me that he would have a full size SUV for me & came through just as he promised, the 2018 Yukon XL was awesome. The Tailgate trunk door flew open on the highway going 75mph! Thank goodness nothing fell out since the van was packed full. When I checked, the locking mechanism was broken. It looked like it was closed tight, but I could pull up on the door without touching the handle & it would open.2,8 Poor
