I liked the comfort of the car and it's cornering. The staff was very nice and accommodating.Cons:
I HATE all the assists on the car. It would constantly grab the wheel and forcibly turn it back into the lane if I got too close to the line. I also could not figure out the display panel without reading the manual. Also, the wait time at the Gallatin Pike office was exceedingly long. We had to wait for them to go pick up a car from the lot and it took a long time.9,6 Wonderful

Great staff, very friendly and personable. We did receive an upgrade since they didn’t have our size requested available and it was much appreciated! Everything was great. Our only “hiccup” if you want to call it that was that they didn’t have a chance to fill up with gas before we got there but they told us that up front and wasn’t an issue at all. They said to just bring it back with however much in it. Will definitely rent from here again. :)Cons:

The agent explained the basic operations of the vehicle, which was really helpful as I always have to search to figure each new car's set-up.Cons:
Other than a sign to state that we could not enter the office, there was no indication of where to stand outside so there was confusion on who was next in line to be served. Additionally, it was extremely sunny and hot and there were no coverings or shade to wait in. The agent did not inform me that the rental drop-off location in DC that was on my reservation is currently closed due to COVID-19, so I didn't know that I had to drop-off the vehicle at a completely different location than I had selected.10,0 Wonderful
