I never received the rental . I reserved a car and couldn’t get the car due to them not having a rental when I had a reservation… This was a disappointment when I had to go out of town for my grandfather memorial celebration… So, I’m not happy how things went and how they were handle with Avis.

Put in for a car of the 14th to be pick up on the 17th to go to a wedding out of town. They call me on the 17th that morning before I was leaving out of the house to pick up the car, they said that the airport did not delivered any car to this location. So I was told to try another location at the last minute. POOR BUSINESS they had 3 days to get a car to Conyers location.

No. The guy name Tony was awful. I have a case going against Avis I called their customer service because they lied to me I made a reservation I receive text messages and my car was available and that guy Tony told me that they didn't have any cars I arrived 8 a.m. of the day a picking up my car per his request and make sure I'd have a car I got there before the location open up we open he told me he didn't have any cars and call me later on that day that he didn't have any although I had a reservation and I receive text messages at the car was available for me to pick up at his location. I'm in process of filing discrimination charges against that location which was not Lilburn my reservation got transferred to Tucker location reason being I have problems with the attitude of the representatives at the Lilburn location and I had also called about themNot lie to me

There was no one else there to wait behind.Customer service. The car was dirty in and out. No one came out to the car with me, or check for scratches or dents. On return I was asked to go the mileage myself.

No car went i went for pick up I was told In the terms and conditions a car is not guaranteed th actually be at that location. Would not give me a free upgrade even though I offered to bring it back the following day I had to means of transportation with my child being out of town and it was Avis I came on time for my pick up.Take down cars you don’t actually have at the location and or have drivers willing to bring different time throughout the day OUR because things happen be willing to upgrade free of charge because it’s not the customers fault you guys run out of cars

Staff was OK. Pick up time was a little long since the same person was answering the phone and attending customers in the location.Drop off location was different than in the past and it wasn't explained in advanced.

Debit cardsGood customer serviceI didn't like the fact that I couldn't use my particular type of debit card. You guys call it a prepaid card. But the card has a routing and checking account number. So if the card has money on it, why can't you accept it? Also why would you hold a deposit plus the amount of the rental? No need for a deposit if you are holding the price of the rental!! That makes no sense.

The staff was friendly and professional. I like the time that they spend with each customer.I had no CD player which mean I wasn't able to study as I drove. The radio had a shortage and it didn't always work.

Location didn’t had the VanNothing, I call the location before 1 day to confirm everything was ok, they said we don’t have van. I was upset and had to book at last minute from other place and had yo pay 3 times more money. Very upset did not like the service from kayak.

Excellent Customer service!!!!! Upgrade. I needed the vehicle an extra day No Problem.. Callled everything was done via telephone. I didn't have6worry about finding a. Service Station to fuel up... I brought it back where I received it.. Loved my experience.

Conyers EnterpriseI liked how spacious the rental was, and how friendly Floyd was to deal with at pick up and return.There was a slight odor to the vehicle that I couldn't tell if it was something in the vents or fabric, but was not too bad.

I like that I was able to secure a vehicle for the weekend getaway.The time to pick up the vehicle was terrible. (Waited in line over 40 minutes;) The vehicle that I had purchased and put on hold was not the vehicle I received. Yes, I was given a 'larger' vehicle, but the 'upgrade' to an SUV was not comfortable at all. (I would rather the midsize I placed on hold.)

The car was nice & roomyApparently the insurance through 3 parties is a waste. According to Hertz you are not full protected by the 3rd party & will have to pay for repairs then get reimbursed... so $66 dollars wasted & then more money to get theirs. The car reeked of strong cigarette (and other) smoke which they tried to mask. Car had less than 3/4 of a tank of gas. We were stuck at a traffic light for almost 10 minutes, called to let them know & they said they closed at 5pm on the dot. We got there a minute after & they let us in but you could tell a minute longer & they would not have. So by the time we got into the car they had gone in & locked the doors. Also no walk throughs were done. I’m still waiting to see if they try to charge us.

Nothing. I was not able to use my rental because when I got to the location I was informed that my rental was given away. Hertz company policy says that I have 24hrs from tome of paid rental to pick up my rental. I was an hour late, in which I called the office and company to inform them of my late pick up, which I was told I had 24 hrs to do. When I got to the location the staff were rude and told me they did not have to wait for my to pick up my rental, that I’d I was late they are able to give it away, as I am not the only person waiting for a car rental. The manager came in and said that they always over book their vehicles so someone is always waiting for a car. They did nothing to offer me another rental or upgrade. They only offered for me to call cooperate and ask for a refund! I am not used to such unprofessional and non courteous customer service. When I asked for the staffs names so that I can file a complaint, they said “what you want our birthdates and social security numbers as well?” And laughed. I will never rent from hertz or their conyers location ever again. They are vile and unprofessional at best!!!Everything. Customer service was horrible, professionalism horrible, they made zero attempts to help the situation. They even told me they gladly gave away my rental because someone else needed it! While I was there someone else called in as I did and said they were going to be late to pick up their rental, so I said, “well why can’t I have their rental as I’m here and their not!” The manager was like no I’m waiting for them. So for whatever reason I was the double standard and they had no compassion or customer service to provide me alternatives even through my rental was already paid in full!

Picked up vehicle. It had been heavily smoke in prior to my rental. Was it clean inside. Was told they are short staffed. Drove vehicle home and spent 30 min thoroughly cleaning it myself. The front passenger seat was soiled with Dryer coffee or some sort Of liquid.when dampened would soil pants. Strong smoke smell would not subside. I even purchased an air freshener. I returned the vehicle. I just asked for another but the same vehicle. They did upgrade me even though I didn’t ask for an upgrade. Waited another 35 Mindoro the new vehicle. Experience after all of this was fineClean vehicle.

Price for full size SUV was outstandingArrived at the Hertz facility and hour or more early for a 12 noon pickup. The rental vehicle was 4 hours late (4:30pm). This delayed my travel!

Prepaid rental, called day of and everything was good. Got there and vehicle was not available. Couldn't get one for us. Everyone else was booked. Still waiting for refund. Never again with hertz.
