Pros:Vehicle was clean inside; but not outside, attendant showed me how to use the new push/start button.
Cons:Vehicle didn't seem to have windshield washer fluid; it also indicated that tires were low on air. Getting into the drop off area was horrid especially at dark hours. I was counting on a Jeep SUV or Durango which I thought they had.
Pros:Excellent car, booked a cross over SUV, got a cross over SUV.
Cons:No car was available at the scheduled pick up time. Had to wait ~30 mins. Luckily I wasn’t on a time crunch.
Pros:Awesome customer service
Pros:Within 3 minutes of locating kayak.com on the tarmac waiting to board the puddle jumper between Calgary to Lethbridge I had a super great experience! Landed at the Lethbridge Airport and the amazing Paige from National in Lethbridge had a big smile and a key to a brand new mini van for me and my crew! Not only that but they gave me an excellent price and value package!!! Brought the vehicle to the front of the building and was warmed up ready to drive...much appreciated coming from balmy Victoria to freezing conditions as low as -31!
Cons:Not one thing negative except that this space shoilny exist for the Lethbridge National rental business!
Pros:The opposite of most rental car experiences. My next rental will be with Enterprise Lethbridge.
Cons:The van we wanted to rent was not available and they were not going to bring one in for us.
Pros:Picked me up which was convenient. Drop off was quick and simple. Employee was courteous and knowledgeable.
Pros:From the time I walked into the agency, both pickup and dropoff, I was treated like I mattered and the agent ensured that I had everything I needed or wanted in the rental.
Pros:The staff at the 3rd avenue Enterprise in Lethbridge Alberta, were as always, friendly, professional and very efficient. Thanks so much ...
