Pros: The young lady who delivered the car to the train station in Havre, MT was very helpful AND the convenience of the drop-off was extraordinary. Travel by Amtrak is not always timely and knowing the car was there waiting for us was a relief. The drop-off was also very convenient.
Cons: The windows were covered with dust from melted snow or rain. Must have been left outside and truck traffic and wind caused dust to settle on car's windows. It was about 34 degrees and I had to clean all the windows to have good visibility. That was an unnecessary aggravation.

$0.33 per mile?
Pros: All except the mileage rate
Cons: Kayak and budget never disclosed to me that after the first 100 miles per day that I would be charged $0.33 per mile. Until minutes befor I drove away . That's unusual and ridiculous expensive. It added about $240 on top of what I expected to pay. The clerk explained that Tillman motors was a private budget location and kayak and budget should know that Tillman charges extra for mileage. I would like a partial refund if not all $240. Should it cost $500 plus gas to rent a car for three days ?
