I loved the price. But they would not allow me to rent when I arrived.Cons:
When I arrived at the ticket counter I was told I needed a return tk home. I am moving to Az from GA and my car is being sent out and will not be there for a week. Thus I do not have a return tk to Atlanta. Az is my home. I had called the day before and the Filipino never could get straight that i was using a debit card as a from of payment. She obviously gave me the requirements of a credit card only. Poor! Her poor understanding of English is now apparent. And a my expense. Poor. I will bad mouth Dollar every chance I get and I am a young businessman.2,0 Poor

Cons:
Due to holiday traffic in the area, we were late arriving. The young met us at the door and said "sorry we are closed". I wasn't aware the location closed at 2:00 pm.2,0 Poor
