Cons:
Newer vehicles this van had a few issues with almost 50000 miles it ran a little rough in the mountains. Wipers were bad and needed changed. Had several dings in it. Service at pick up and drop off was super slow!!Hertz

Everything was great from beginning to end - the pickup was quick, van was clean and what we reserved, and the drop off was easy and quick. Got my security deposit back immediately.Cons:

Never again would I go through them, rude staff, dirty car, no gas when I got it, staff was very disrespectful. They told me I had to pay a fee if I didn’t return the car with the proper amount of gas.Cons:
