I had not requested this kind of car, yet I found that I was more than pleased with every aspect of it. And since I sat in that car for three days straight, driving from east coast to west coast, that is saying quite a lot.6,0 Okay

Car was nice, clean, and comfortable.Cons:
Rate at pickup was about $70 more than rate quoted. (This was quickly fixed.) Drop-off point was a Mazda Dealership - there wasn't any signage at all. I had to ask the sales guys if I was in the right place and, even after they pointed me to the right place, the only "signage" was a COVID notice on the door and a rug on the floor INSIDE the facility. When a customer is trying to return property you by a specific deadline, this additional stress is not a good thing.9,2 Wonderful

bad customer service. car was paid for with third party priceline. insurance purchased as well. come to find when we got to the airport to get the car we were denied because we were using a debit card. clearly using the debit card to pay should have been a prompt to tell us we could not use this card for the car since it was not a major credit card. I dont even understand the difference anyway. pay is pay. this caused us to be late to an event where my sister was lecturing and a dinner in her honor was delayed. this could have all been avoided if the person booking would have explained this ruleEnterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
We got a car that did not have a manual with information on how to access the controls. The car honked every time we tried to use the cruise control. And it took forever to get the ad by Serius XM to go off the screen. We finally went online to find the car manual and were then able to locate and use the controls. The car worked well after that. More importantly, the people at Enterprise couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.10,0 Wonderful

The car was still dirty from previous usage (trash, cigarette butts, etc.) 1st car the maintenance required light came on so we had to delay leaving for trip in order to switch to another rental.10,0 Wonderful

Car was not ready at pick-up. Still needed to be cleaned. Gas tank only 1/4 full Car hood was left ajar, as I started to drive I noticed it and pulled over to close it.6,8 Okay

Pros:
The car was clean and well maintained. Comfortable for 4 people and the luggage for 4 people. Trip was fast and furious because of a family death. Car was good on gas and very comfortable ride.Cons:
When I arrived at the small rental office I was told my car was no longer available because I was more than an hour late. Even though I had reserved the car with a CC. The clerk was not overly friendly and acted as if she was doing me a favor by looking for another rental in a full size car. I most likely will return to Enterprise for my future car rental needs.2,0 Poor

Car was clean; good gas mileage.Cons:
Pick up was supposed to be at 8am but because only one staff member was there and she was dealing with a customer who was renting a moving van, she couldn't even start helping me until 8:30. Then she couldn't find my reservation. The delay caused me to miss one of my meetings.Dollar
