Cons: They failed to document tire damage when I picked up and blamed me. Long wait at pick up. No time to argue over tire and miss my plane. Will never rent from them again.

Cons: VERY LONG wait for pick up and that's the last thing travelers want to have after overseas flight; Need a much bigger directions signs for the drop-off off the highway

Cons: I ordered a convertable mini (with the picture of a MINI). I am aware of the categories, but I did not expect to be offered a FIAT 500 even if the roof should be slightly opened. My great disappointment is clear. The lady who took care of me was everything but nice and empathetic. After explaining what I expected and what I paid for, only one option was presented: to actually add twice the price. one can easily understand why I will not buy more on your site, and away from everything related to Europcar. I'm going to Norway in two weeks, and this morning I rented a car through my "old" rent a car company. Even if it seems that it is a little more expensive in comperison to your site and similar, at the end it turns out that the cost is sane and less expensive and especially I have someone to talk to if there is any problem.
