Pros: Courtney at the enterprise location in Elkins is extremely professional and very understanding. The only person I encountered the whole time who was like this.

No Cars Despite Reservation
Cons: Did not have a car for me even though I had a reservation. Did not inform me that no cars were available until pick up. Had to get an Uber for 45 minutes to the next available rental car location, where I was still charged the same rate.
