The staff was friendly and helpful. Picking up the vehicle and dropping off was no issues.Cons:
They did not have the vehicle I had reserved weeks in advance available and I had to downgrade without any real alternatives. Only to be given a car that had a bad vibration at highway speeds that gave my wife and I headaches from driving it.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Quick check in despite having to locate an available car for my reservation. Car was in great order and drove really well. The check in agent was really nice even at 8am. Check out was also easy approximately 15 minutes. Inspection went well and we were on our way.Cons:

Cons:
Sites showed cars were available for rent but they were completely out of stock. Even their central customer service phone number said they should be in stock but I was turned away. I called later to check again and they just said no and hung up on me.Hertz

Cons:
Price for the car was expensive! Horrible pick up and drop off customer service! The windshield wipers were a mess, it could've caused a wreck from not working properly! The tires did not have enough air! The tires were not snow tires in winter!!!2,0 Poor

That we finally got a car the next day, but not what we reserved and it cost more money.Cons:
Our pickup time was 5pm, we did not know the location closed at 5 & we missed them. Had to take a taxi to our hotel & another taxi back to Hertz at 8am. They said our rented car was gone, but how could it be? We got their just after it closed & arrived just before it opened the next morning. They gave us a small car for more money. EXTREMELY disappointed and won't be renting from Hertz again.10,0 Wonderful

I loved that they allowed me to drop off at the airport even though I picked up in town. They are 4 miles apart so pretty close. Staff very friendly.Cons:
Smell from smoker when I first got it. It gradually got better. Did not have a map at the in town office but not a big deal with google maps.Car hire locations in or near Douglas
