Car had almost 30,000 miles on it and showed signs of no maintenance or care. Smelled randomly of burnt oil in the car so I had to constantly stop and keep a check on engine oil. Had a rattle inside rear door that started getting louder from 45mph up. Took over an hour to pick up car and took almost the same time dropping it off so I could inform them of the issues. this was my first attempt at using another rental company other than enterprise and was frustrating to say the least. I have never had to take more then 15 minutes at their locations to have the car and be on the road. I have also never had an issue with one of their cars mechanicals noting most of their cars are under 15,000 miles and seemed to be washed and vacuumed much better. Car did not break down or require any maintenance on the road however I did have to keep a constant eye on oil etc to make sure there wasnt an issue going on. I informed them when I dropped off the car that it shouldnt go back out until being checked out and what the issues where and they did not seem suprised or concerned and simply knocked off my upgrade price of $30 for a 8 day rental.10,0 Wonderful

I, as well as other customers, waited too long for our scheduled vehicles to be ready for pick up. Pick up times didn’t seem to matter. We all waited 30 min or more.8,0 Very Good

Helpful staff that didn’t get irritated at having a full house of rental customers within 30 minutes of closing time. Positive attitudes were all around.Cons:
I was renting a vehicle for a short trip that I did not want to use my primary vehicle during but I was not aware I could not leave my vehicle on the enterprise lot overnight. The staff helped me come up with a solution though and it was greatly appreciated. This fact though should probably be better advertised to your customers.8,8 Very Good

The car had plenty of leg room in the back, and trunk space was sufficient for 2 small suitcases and 3 travel bags. Air conditioning worked great. No problems during our trip. No hassle at time of return. Would rent again.Avis

Pros:
The employee, a young fellow, was very helpful to me. He even checked the tire pressure with a gauge when I mentioned that one front tire looked low. It was a little low. The car was perfect for us; it carried some furniture home, and we really enjoyed using Sirius XM to listen to music during our long drive home. Finally, the hybrid got super gas mileage during our drive to Washington, D.C., using only 1.5 tanks of gas.Cons:

Drove 35 miles to rent a car, they didnt take cash, or card over the phone or a prepaid Visa. I didnt have a debit card because I'm waiting on another one. They wouldnt take my husband's over the phone. My car is trash and I was hoping to rent from them so I could have a safe vehicle for mine and my daughter's trip. NOPE. Drove 70 miles round trip for nothing. Didnt even specify on the site either about the no card thing8,8 Very Good

Booked an economy sedan, but when we got there, the desk agent asked whether we'd like a convertible VW bug instead for the same price. It was a fun ride up through TN and VA to Washington, DC, in our tomato-soup red bug!Cons:
Perhaps because it had just come in, the car wasn't cleaned before we got it. The previous renter had obviously taken it to the beach, because there was sand on the floors, in the seat crevices, in the glove box, etc. Also, it would have been handy to have a copy of the car manual, as we had to figure out for ourselves which buttons worked the convertible roof and such. Finally, it was disappointing that the car had no USB ports, so we had no good way to listen to our devices or keep them charged during a 10-hour ride.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
I was charged almost double and called in 4 times all different people and could not get resolved. I booked the car for pick up at Hixon TN in my error. I picked the car up at the Airport which is what I needed. The reservation was changed for pick up not drop off so I had to call into change it. The rate was not quoted, I found my reservation which showed $175.00 my charge was $320.07. I was told nothing could be done until I returned the car. When I returned the car 2.5 hours early I asked for a re-rate and was told it would not make a difference. I am aware airport fees raise the rental rate but not by almost double. For the price the car should be cleaned to include in side the windows and dry it off. The care windows inside were dirty and like most rental companies the car is just hosed off.2,0 Poor

When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told they didn't have a car for me and it would be available until 1pm if it was brought back. When I called Customer Service, I was told to go to the air port and they would have a car for me there When I arrived there, they told me I wasn't scheduled to pick up the car until 3pm. They were wanting me to wait 3 hrs. for the car I reserved for 12pm. Then when all was said and done, I had to pay $40.00 more than the original price in order to get the car at the time I originally scheduled it for. POOR Service all around. The man in Chattanooga was HORRIBLE!!! He called at 11:30 to inform me the car wasn't going to be there. I asked why he didn't call sooner and he had no answer. HE SUCKS!! POOR additude!!!@2,0 Poor
