No one manning the counter when the first plane of the day arrived from Denver. How do you miss this? A tiny airport with 2 flights in daily. Hertz was there and very professional.Cons:

I had my car scheduled with a noon pick up. I payed for collusion with you guys for 18 dollars. at 10:30am I get a call telling me they have no cars, they won't have by noon, they think they might have one by the end of the day. After making other arrangements and spending some of the company was going to lock on my card, they called me, it was 12:30 and I was leaving for my sons graduation. They tell me a car is there if I want it. Needless to say I did NOT pick up the car I went with plan b.Easirent

Reserved and received a confirmation number. Paid an uber to get us to the pickup location only to have a very rude young lady say they dont honor reservations made in the last 24 hours.
