They didn’t tell me before hand that I had to have an extra $300 so since I didn’t have it, they didn’t let me rent the car. Very rude and boisterous about it as well.

The line was extremely long and all the cars but 12 passenger vans an electric cars were gone. There was one attendant and we ended up getting an UBER.

I was expecting a Ford Edge, recieved a Ford Explorer. While upgrades are nice, the difference in gas milage was significant. We drove from St Louis to Yellowstone National Park and back. Also the car was not ready at our scheduled time so we had to wait for the car to be cleaned, about 20 min. While not Budgets fault, I did not like the dail shift control or the information screen in the explorer. The drop-off was quick easy and hassle free, but we were not given a receipt. As an experienced traveler, I knew that the receipt would be e-mailed to me, but my wife was upset that I could not tell her how much the car rental had cost at drop off.
