Cons: reserved car online,arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They would not give me a car. The girl ran a soft credit report, my credit score was a 680. So she called a manager. The manager said when they get low on cars they up the credit score. I was the last customer of the day, so those two cars sat there till Monday at least. Then I come home from vacation 4 days later and the money has been taken out of my account. I called and it is going to take 7 to 10 days to have the money returned So NO I am not happy. I had just rented a car from them 2 months earlier. returned it on time with a full tank of gas.NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Friendly staff, quick service pick up and drop off.
Pros: Car was ready when I got there. Gave me a ride back to office after dropoff. XM radio in an economy car was unexpected plus!!
Cons: Car had a slight smell to it. But otherwise good value.

If not for the one Manager at RIC Airport this review would be POOR.
Pros: Manager on duty at Richmond Airport.
Cons: Customer Service. Vehicle condition. Employee consideration of customer time restraints. Employee lack of professionalism.

Misleading
Pros: Rental was convenient, but only because the agency happened to be across from my hotel.
Cons: Expensive. The seemingly lower cost daily rate increases with taxes and fees and you are stuck committed to a multiday rental with no refund for returning the car early. I feel ripped off. The car smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

Began badly, turned out ok
Pros: Upon calling the corporate office to discuss why my reservations in Colonial Heights, VA, then Chester, VA could not be honored (no cars available at either place), I was assured that there would be one waiting for me at airport (RIC). I was treated very good through corporate after initially having problems with the field offices.
Cons: The fact that I was allowed to procure a reservation previous to this online and then showed up at the location and was told by the rep there that there were no cars available. The rep told me that it was corporate's fault and did not try to assist me one bit with any alternatives.
