A very good experience
Pros: The car was ready when I got there and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Not surprisingly, it wasn't actually the car that I ordered but I ended up being happy that they gave me a slightly bigger version (Picasso) than what I had originally requested because I needed to haul some cases of wine.
