Pros:
We rented in Cody and dropped off in Jackson. Hertz had the best deal for this kind of transfer. While it was still expensive, it was better than Alamo (which charged $1,500 for the transfer). The staff in Cody was great. The drop-off in Jackson has been moved from the airport into the south part of Jackson. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but our last stop was in Jackson, so not too bad. Overall, pleased with the service we got.Cons:

Our vehicle had not been cleaned at all when we picked it up. Because we had a family of 6 adults, and there were no other vehicles to accommodate us, we had to take it. Further, we got an engine warning that it was past due for an oil change, which concerned us greatly. We also had a tire with a slow leak that we had to fill with air twice in our two-week rental. Considering we are dealing with a pandemic, this was not acceptable and we texted pictures and our concerns to the rental location. We did not hear anything back from them.10,0 Wonderful

The Enterprise place I went to had friendly and extremely patient and accommodating staff! I did have to pay extra to upgrade my car (the one I bought was not available) because I got a deal from KAYAK (I loved the deal! Thank you, KAYAK! :) ). The car itself was comfortable and durable.Cons:
I wish I knew about how paying with a debit card worked! The poor salesperson had to wait for me to come up with two reoccurring bills with a proof of address! (As a on-campus university student, that is not easy to do.) There was also a $50 deposit that I wish I knew about, too.10,0 Wonderful
