They need to make it explicitly clear (online and at rental kiosk) that they do not accept Debit cards so we don’t wait an hour in line at the airport only to find out that I can’t rent a car when I finally speak to the employee.6,0 Okay

Car was dirty with food on steering wheel and center counsel windows were so dirty I had to pull over and wife a circle so I could see out of it. Vehicle was supposed to be Covid-19 safety sanitized with a sticker and no such thing. Also I reserved a SUV and ended up in an Nissan Altima and told “oh well it’s all we have”8,0 Very Good

The lady at the Dollar/Hertz rental was very rude! I didn't get the car I reserved and missed out on the entire Thanksgiving Holiday with my Father and sisters. I got charged $45.00 for insurance that I didn't get to use! I am beyond pissed off!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My pickup was scheduled and confirmed for 2:00 on a Saturday. I arrived at 1:55 and the business was closed for the day. I took a cab back to the airport and rented from a different agency.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Because my flight was late they had to move my reservation to the airport branch instead of the off the airport branch and I ended up having to pay about $50 more bucks. The counter clerk was nice, he tried to get me some discounts. But their drop off location is in a weird lot that has you walk through the side of the airport and there is no one there to hand the keys to. So you go to the same counter you got the car from and of course they ask what your mileage was, like I know?2,0 Poor

I reserved a convertible because we needed a parade car for my daughter. They confirmed the car in advance, but once I got there, NO CONVERTIBLE. The person working the counter was not the friendliest and acted as if it was not their problem. Very Disappointed with the whole experience.2,0 Poor

They are scam artist behind the counter at LFT. They literally had the audacity to try to charge me for a broken windshield that I did not break. They have no cameras around the rental car area yet claimed it was my fault. Absolute trash employees and trash company, I will never rent from hertz ever again.10,0 Wonderful

I hate not getting the vehicle I reserved on line. You showed a mini van but that is not what I got. Why do you ALWAYS bait and switch? I do not think I have ever gotten the exact vehicle I have reserved. Why?????5,2 Fair

Car was dirty in inside. Scratches all over outside of car. Brakes made noise because of a needed brake job, and the car had 40k miles on it. Worse rental I had in years.6,8 Okay
