Good service, safe vehicle, staff follow up
Pros: Excellent, courteous service professionals who called to remind of pick up time, followed up, didn't up-sell or overly harass and spoke with friendliness. A reliable, well maintained vehicle for my use on a road trip. Ease of emailing rental preferences and not needing many contacts to confirm. A kind service staff who gave a lift to collect the rental and was polite the duration.
Cons: Car wasn't on site and ready when I arrived, it was a bit soiled (other renter's trash still in vehicle).
