My pickup was scheduled and confirmed for 2:00 on a Saturday. I arrived at 1:55 and the business was closed for the day. I took a cab back to the airport and rented from a different agency.10,0 Wonderful

The vehicle being available. Pickup location said the vehicle wasn’t available and that the online reservation doesn’t care if anything is available that they get paid no matter what. The pick up locations wasn’t accommodating or tried to locate a vehicle at another location in the area.2,0 Poor

I was given a full refund in 7 - 10 days.Cons:
My car rental location was not at the airport where I landed. I had asked for Lafayette LA airport and was given an off-site location that was closed when I landed. Hertz managers did not help and left me stranded without a car and unable to get to my hotel an 1:45 mins away. Very disappointed.Ace
