Pros: Amazing location and friendly staff. Overpriced at times for simple things, but overall a pleasurable stay.
Cons: Very expensive
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location with wonderful views all around. The staff was amazingly nice and caring.
Cons: NA
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Boutique hotel on a lovely bay with great atmosphere and lovely staff.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The best holiday ever! The location is terrific, the staff is more than professional, they actually succeeded in making our life as easy as possible. Every aspect of our stay was excellently planned and executed, from the room, to the service, the facilities and the food. This experience couldn't have been better, absolute perfection.
Cons: If I must think about something, drinks (cocktails and wines) could be improved. The limited choice of wines during our stay was due to covid, but the wines offered weren't as excellent as everything else.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Cap Maison is really unique - very luxurious and beautiful, does not feel like a "chain". The setting is picturesque; the architecture and workmanship top notch. The villas with the rooftop pools are amazing - your own private pool along with ocean views, really an experience like no other. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive, and the grounds lush and flawlessly maintained. The food and drinks is also amazing! The beach setting felt private and was stunning. Having the availability of snorkeling, paddle boards, kayaks, sailboats right there and included was also a huge bonus.
Cons: The 90-100 min taxi ride from the airport was kind of jarring. Some of the outings we wanted to do (volcano, sulphur springs), we ended up not doing because they would have required 90 min taxi ride each way. However part of the reason we didn't pursue these was because everything was so great right at the resort.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Resort by itself is beautiful , well maintained . But the more important for me was hospitality of the people . Special thanks to Tricia and Mrs Ross for making it possible for me and my family in the time of pandemic.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything!

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning, rooms and facilities are brilliant and the staff can not be more helpful. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Food is exceptional, with daily specials everyday. Food is fresh and to a good quality. The chef is also flexible to requests and could not fault. Clear following of covid guidelines throughout the hotel without it being intrusive. This is our 2nd visit and would definitely return, as good as it was the first time.
Cons: Nothing...everything was brilliant. If anything wasnt quite right it was fixed straight away with no fuss at all.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The food was excellent.
Cons: The taxi charges when going out to eat or doing excursions were exorbitant.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The beauty and the privacy of the resort is fabulous. All the employees were so efficient and always smiling , from check in to room service and in between. We stayed in cottage one so it’s a hike up all the stairs to the lobby but we had our own pool so we stayed in our private world until cocktail hour, dinner or a trip into town which is a short taxi ride. We definitely will return.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Everything was done beautifully - we were all inclusive and our room boasted a full fridge of wine, water and mixers and we had full bottles of rum, whisky, vodka, gin in the room too. Breakfast was lovely as no buffet - great choice of menu served to your liking at your table. Pool bar was excellent and staff exceptionally charming and musical. Lunch at the pool was full of variety and excellent fish options. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely as felt like open air and the menu choice was again excellent with daily specials. Gym was also good size and easy to have to yourself. Beach was idyllic. We were sorry we had to leave so soon.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Outstanding from start to finish! The websites photos and descriptions truly represent the stunning views and tranquil atmosphere. We had a rental car for exploring but spent many an hour just enjoying the resorts amenities and relaxing at our cottage and quiet beach just steps away. The food and service at the casual open air dining room and poolside tables were great; started the day with St. Lucian breakfast and a colorful rainbow and ended with Mahi Mahi and a beautiful sunset! CC's super friendly and engaging staff made us feel so at home. Thank you CC for a very special and memorable holiday!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everyone was delightfully welcoming and friendly!
Cons: It would be lovely to have small library of books or magazines. Perhaps a chess set.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The view. The beach. The pool.
Cons: The road leading to the property is in a very poor state.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Staff extremely accomodating and friendly. Great layout of the room and facilities. Great scenery and views from the balcony.
Cons: The road to the hotel was rough. No plug for the blow dryer next to a mirror. No expeller fan in the toilet

Excellent 10,0
Pros: It’s lovely hotel the staff are so friendly and go the extra mile, all inclusive food service and drinks are top class. Highly recommended !
Cons: All good!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Lovely beach setting and relaxing resort. Food was very very good and fresh, especially if you eat fish. Staff was spotty but overall excellent and wanting to go above and beyond. We had two different stays - one at the new and expansive 3 bedroom oceanfront. Lovely and amazing villa in prime location with private infinity pool, huge patio, lovely large bedrooms and amazing master bath. Could easily walk to everything including gym and tennis and restaurants. Stunning view of the beach. Second villa was a older two bedroom and at the top of the hill. Smaller pool and tighter quarters. Lovely but a different experience reliant on shuttle as it is so steep and far away. Those are two different vacation experiences especially with kids. Free daily activities are very good including workout classes at the gym, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaks, 4 pm pool volleyball, karaoke night, disco night etc. Not a big noisy resort by any means but fun activities that drew in guests and you didn’t feel nickel and dimed. We will return.
Cons: Staff was good but inconsistent. Older far away villas don’t feel as much a good value for the money. No long walks on the beach. Resort is onto itself and not part of a longer stretch of beach and thus no other spots to walk to.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Immaculately clean. Fantastic food and drink great location what more could you ask for.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Sailing and water sports were amazing. So we’re the fish tacos and fish and chips.
Cons: The food was very repetitive after a week. The daily catch being the same on each menu is further repetitive. Embers is much better than the other restaurants. Cocktails were lacking and almost everything was out of stock.
Good 7,0
Pros: Lovely rooms. Good location. Only downside is food isn’t good. Other than one “catch of the day” item there is no fresh fish. The Italian restaurant, Papa Don’s is awful. I’ve had better frozen pizza. And drinks were reasonable but mediocre.
Cons: Food!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Very good rooms and villas with great views. Staff are great.
Cons: The food could do with some improvement but we did stay for four weeks so became a bit same same.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The hotel has an exceptional location. The staff were so welcoming, and they manage to convey that they want you to be happy. I am Coeliac, and the head chef made it his business to ensure I felt safe, and WAS safe. He actually gave me his personal mobile number and he was in constant communication with every kitchen I dined in. It was very impressive and we were most grateful. Darrel, our ambassador is always really helpful. So was Esie. But it's hard to single anyone out - the whole vibe is helpful.
Cons: The menu, especially for a Coeliac, is quite samey (have spoken to other non-coeliac people, they feel the same) if you are on an all-inclusive deal and unable to leave the resort because of Covid restrictions. For example, the "catch of the day" is always served the same way in all of the restaurants - that could maybe be changed up a bit. It would be good if there was to be a 'special dish of the day too' which differs in each restaurant. At present, the cuisine is not 5-star (although the steaks in Upper deck are brilliant) but if our dealings with the new Chef are anything to go by, we feel quite optimistic that will possibly change if he gets the right support. Sometimes, if you are dining with friends in Embers and Jammers at lunch time, the music is too loud for conversation and it is also often rap music - music for 'young' people - which at this time of year, many of us are not. Again, I pass this on because I've noticed it and other people have mentioned it to me.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Wonderful eggs benedict, and a glass of champagne to accompany !
Cons: Being confined to the hotel.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Everything was nice about the property. Good was okay. I loved breakfast more than the dinner options. Teddy the bartender was awesome! Our waitresses all were very great! We'll definitely come back!
Cons: The gift shop was ehh
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The Bay Gardens Beach Resort was located on the beach and what we wanted for this holiday. The staff of the hotel are what made it such a nice stay given Covid 19 restrictions. They made every effort to help work around the government restrictions like shopping for things which the guest needed but were unable to go out and get themselves. We found the stay and location are what made this an enjoyable place for us.
Cons: Nothing. The resort made every effort to accommodate the guest given the restrictions placed on them by the government due to Covid 19.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I stayed during the Covid quarantine. Everything was really clean. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Temperature was taken twice daily. Have never felt so safe anywhere before. Will definitely be back hopefully in more normal circumstances!!
Cons: Only the fact that we could not walk along the beach. The hotel had Covid boundaries for us on a public beach, which were enforced by security. This did not stop lots of other tourists from walking along when they should have also had their boundaries.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beach front location!
Cons: Relaxed service and poor food in a restaurant (or beach bar). The feeling like we owe the stuff some money :)
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We found the location gorgeous and so nice at the beach where the sand is clean and the surf is mostly calm. Very convenient to the rooms. The restaurant is in the open and perfectly situated for Covid times. The waiters/ waitresses are so friendly and nice. Food is pretty healthful- lots of fish and vegetables. Health protocols were very good at the hotel and in St. Lucia. No one leaves the property for excursions except on a scheduled catamaran ride under supervision and not, obviously , by land.
Cons: The water in the shower could have been hotter.
Good 6,0
Pros: The staff were friendly and the food tasted great. The beach was also beautiful.
Cons: The a/c wasn't working properly and we had to complain 4 times before being told it is just an old unit. We were given some money off the food and drinks bill to compensate, but seeing as that was already overpriced, it wasn't the best compensation. Given that visitors aren't allowed to go out of the hotel for 14 days because of a quarantine period (which is absolutely understandable) the hotel could do more to entertain their guests and inform them. For example the only onsite bar just suddenly closes at 10:30pm and you're left in the dark. Generally the hotel needs to be better at communication and employ more staff, as the ones they have are clearly overworked. This led to slow service on some days and a general feeling the hotel were prioritising profit over customers.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Service and the Staff was good. They were all cordial. Warm and hospitable
Cons: The food portions were too small. They served small portions as if they were feeding a kid. Grownups need larger portions.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff at St James Club Morgan Bay are exceptional! They make your stay worthwhile!! The accommodations (200 series) are a bit dated and could also use some repair but are certainly clean and functional.
Cons: Reservation system for dinners favours only new arrivals and penalizes anyone staying longer than one week by not allowing reservations or only allowing late night reservations (beyond 9:00 pm). Also should not have to line up to make reservations. This should be available by phone. Free Wifi should be available everywhere on the facility. This is no longer the 1990’s!
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Desserts were plentiful but not as tasty as I expected
Good 6,0
Pros: View, water sports, water sports staff was excellent! Bartender at Jakarta’s was fantastic!
Cons: Food was average. Christmas Day was awful. The dinner was planned in a manner to make everyone unhappy. Understaffed for the volume of people. No one had the right food, hot food and many of us didn’t get the sheet for reservations at check in so we didn’t have reservations (3 other rooms checking i. December 18 didn’t get the reservation information and the guest orientation said it was the same as the 18th beach party just grander). We didn’t get food on Christmas because they couldn’t seat us until 8:30. We gave up trying to get seated at 9:10 when everyone coming out was angry. We also had our reservation list for a night. For a location with internet, there is no reason for paper reservations which are still lost. The reservation person told us only three reservations at a time and not the same restaurant for 4 days. I listened to two couples in front of me make reservations for 5 and 6 nights. Many bar tenders didn’t know ingredients to basic drinks (Manhattan, screwdriver). We had a tour leaving at 7:30 and the only food option was the coffee place which was understaffed at 7:00 and very little savory choices. Don’t advertise “Bamboo” asAsian when there is nothing Asian I. The menu. Many fitness classes were either late or never had an instructor show up. An all-inclusive should NOT have a paid restaurant and ABSOLUTELY NOT have a restaurant with certain meals costing more. That is the reason people select an all-inclusive. The lack of airport transportation was disappointing for the size and cost of the resort.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice resort, private beach. Good resort for family holiday.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff are super friendly and take great care of you while on the resort. They are always available to help and serve. Lots of eating options. Lots of activities to get involved in everyday and the ambience is truly relaxing and beautiful. Taxis are accessible through the resort and they are timely and provide great service if you need to venture out.
Cons: The food was disappointing but it's not awful. Just not magnificent. At first the lack of free WiFi can be an inconvenience but I managed without it. I wish there were more cultural tidbits about st Lucia integrated in the entertainment (other than the beach party).
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Amazing location: hotel is located in a large beach bay which has a beautiful sunset view - was expecting a more remote location / not to be near a main road but once on site you don't really notice. Excellent site & facilities: 4 different swimming pool areas including adults only and family (the family pool has a pool side restaurants which is great for the kids, 2 evening restaurants, 1 buffet restaurant, tennis courts with daily lessons, large gym with trainers, yoga area, kids clubs, cafe with cakes, library and beach bbq + and included in the Great water sport activities included in package: paddle boards, peddle boats, sail boats, banana boats. Lots of scheduled activities so always something to do. The bar/bars are always open with friendly staff ready to make you a drink or bring you a drink. The breakfast buffet is great and bbq lunch is very tasty, the dinning restaurants opens are lovely - but you need to book in advance. Everyone staying in the hotel is on the inclusive package which in turn creates a relaxed open atmosphere.
Cons: With up to 340 guests at a time this is can be busy resort so if going best be prepared in be apart of the group, and sometimes wait/queue. (This is not a remote romantic getaway hotel ) Due to some inconsistencies in the hotel and service I would say this resort is a good 3* resort and not a 4* hotel. (But we had a lovely family holiday and time in the resort) We booked the premium family room but upon seeing the room we were not happy and asked for an upgrade. The 'premium family room' we had seemed quite old, shabby, basic, and small - two double beds in the same room with a very small balcony. We upgrade to a modern room with a large king size bed, large balcony and a separate living space/TV and sofa - instead of using the fold down sofa we let our 2 year sleep in our bed which was fine but for bigger families not sure on the options. We arrived on a Friday evening being very tired from a long flight and cab journey (the journey from the airport is 90 minutes), upon arrival the hotel atmosphere seemed a little disorganised and a hectic - the welcome/reception staff didn't seems ready for the influx of guests (which surely they should know is arriving) and in general the front desk always seemed busy or had a queue.

Pros: Great location! Spacious well equipped apartment with terrace. Friendly helpful owner and manager.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Me and my boyfriend spent two weeks there. Position is good. 20 minutes walking to Pigeon Islan. 10 minutes to Rodney bay marina and There is the bus which connects you with Rodney bay, Reduit Beach or the capital Castries. The owner Julian is a great person. He offered few times to give us some lifts around, which we really appreciated. Room was cleaned every day. We used the kitchen, which is fully equipped.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The owner, Julian, as well as other staff were very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Julian made sure stay was very comfortable and also extended an invitation to go site seeing, which i enjoyed alot.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: My husband and I enjoyed our stay ..staff and owner were very friendly and welcoming...it had a very peaceful and clean evironment... definitely will be staying dr again !!
Good 7,9
Pros: Real coffee and free of charge. Good quiet area in Gros Islet. Very nice kitchen area and facility. The owner Julian is very friendly.
Cons: Just like every “budget” place in the islands it’s a bit pricey. A lot of ants or other small insects in the bed.
Good 6,7
Pros: Cozy and has a full kitchen staff was good to us Area was bit away from the marina but was good for the night we spent there! Prices were good for the APts.
Cons: Bit run down and has good growth potential if cleaned up and updated Bring ur own soap and amenities this apt does not come with any!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly staff and owner ! Perfect Location ! Cozy beautiful and clean apartments!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Tropical Breeze is a great pick in a great location, a 10 minute walk from a serene beach and moreish local food spots. The local bus stop right around the corner allows you to travel to Rodney Bay, Castries and many more places. The apartment was spacious, had a very comfy couch and a bonus of air conditioning 🤸🏾‍♀️ The manager/owner was one of the highlights of our stay; the very kind and effervescent Julian who made sure to answer any questions, ensured we always felt welcomed and he went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. There was never a dull moment in Julian’s presence. Until next time, Tropical Breeze!

Pros: The wide time available for breakfast was a good idea. There was never more than five covers occupied. There were several sections of the Breakfast room. All under cover but with fresh air blowing throughout as open sided. The first few days were buffet . A good selection of hot and cold food, bread, cake etc but i preferred the a la carte available for about 3 weeks, the chose was used for the menu. There were options for vegetarians meat and sometimes fish eaters. All meals started with a plate of melon and pineapple. The service was excellent. The staff friendly . attentive and trained to a high standard. The nurses were friendly . They took your temperature at least twice a day ( Sometimes three times) My body temperature was low .I found the reception staff . Helpful and in my case accompanied me to the near by health centre for my return Covid 19 Test
Cons: No problems. Soya milk and cheese was available by day 2. If it was available on the island they would obtain it
Good 7,0
Pros: Loved the location, the room was nice, airy and clean. Balcony was lovely too.
Cons: Restaurant staff at times were a bit unfriendly.
Good 7,0
Pros: The fact its in St Lucia is the real reason you book here. The hotels are attractive and the accommodation comfortable - kids will enjoy the pools and the beach. The Bay Gardens Hotel is better value than the Bay Gardens Beach Resort with a nicer atmosphere and staff. (You get access to both via the shuttle)
Cons: If you don't go "fully inclusive" it's very expensive - a beer for instance costs twice what it would in a local bar. Happy hours simply return the price to normal. Twenty percent is added to your bill for service and tax which again you don't get outside. The shuttle bus service between hotels regularly runs 30 minutes late with no apology or explanation. There is not enough "beach waters sports equipment " so long waits are often the case. What is available is tired and quite old..

Pros: Cleaning service, general manager help, location and shuttle service to the beach
Cons: Food & cocktails, restaurant services in general (slow, orders wrong), WIFI slow sometimes, front desk not well prepared for quarantine (i.e. grocery, cash withdrawals etc)
Okay 5,0
Pros: Cleaning service, general manager help, location and shuttle service to the beach
Cons: Food, restaurants service in general (slow, orders wrong), WiFi slowing down sometimes, front desk not well prepared for quarantine (grocery, cash withdrawal etc)
Okay 4,0
Pros: The location was within walking distance of the beach, shops and town life. The hotel had excellent swimming pools although the gym amounted to just one functioning machine. However the resort, just a shuttle ride away, has a great gym and is on the beach front. The food was also decent if overpriced.
Cons: The staff were not very well trained and the quality of service varied from haphazard to terrible. My food order was wrong on multiple occasions and the delivery waiter would imply that I had not given the order that we had gone over on the phone. Once I had to wait for the shuttle to the beach for over 2 hours because the receptionist forgot to inform me when the driver arrived. The shuttle was never on time either. Most irksome of all was the inconsistent advice and school child nature of dealings with the staff. One told me that there were no COVID certified activities beyond going to the beach, I later discovered there were several. Sometimes someone would take my temperature and insist it was the most important thing to do in the world, and at other times I would walk into the hotel unattended.
Good 6,2
Pros: 3 pools, including very shallow areas good for toddlers. Free breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Bed was rock hard. Faucet was broken in bathroom. A/C barely worked latter half of our stay. Token system for towels was very annoying. Beach shuttle should run every half hour not every hour. Food was pretty mediocre at the hotel. Never received promised “welcome gift.”

Pros: Simplicity, clean, snd nice firm bed to sleep!
Cons: Could hear some noise at times, but it was fine.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff very friendly & helpful Great breakfast choice. Lunch & dinner was fair to good.
Cons: Bed very hard. Only thin blanket.

Pros: I loved the fruit and muesli selection, wished there was more. The local juice was nice, as was the cereals but more variety please. Cleaners, shuttle and reception staff were very friendly and very polite.
Cons: In 2017, we stayed at the Resort and Spa for 10 days with our relatives staying at the Inn and Hotel for our wedding. This was our first return to any Bay Gardens facility since. So this review is compared to what we experienced on our previous stay. We stayed in room 265 between 19-29 February 2020. The breakfast selection was adequate, we were expecting more local food as part of the buffet but there was very little to select for breakfast. During our 10 day stay, cocoa tea was available twice, green fig once, fish once, chicken once, plantain once, and there was no local bread at all, considering the island has so many bakeries even one in Gros Islet, this was disappointing. However, dishes like bacon, pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, beans, sausage franks, were a plenty. The fruit selection kept running low or out. Some members of restaurant staff were not of the standard I encountered at the Spa, I would suggest some staff from the Haven be given training by working one day of their working week at the Spa to see the standard of service their colleagues provide at other sites. Our room was infested with crawling ants. Our wifi enabled Smart tv would not connect to the hotel's wifi nor connect with either my Iphone or Ipad. I understand the Marina Haven was previously the Palm Haven hotel, and the hotel makeover reflects a hotel still in transition, it's clear the distinct Bay Gardens brand/standards are not fully established here and that it may take some time to achieve this. It would have been useful if a sign was placed on the notice board in reception to alert guests that there may be issue with the physical environment during their stay. Examples being a view from the hotel is of the Rodney Bay Marina, whilst another is of a site where mechanical diggers are housed, you may wish to think about how this view can be obscured from guests.
Okay 5,0
Cons: That i was quoted in price with confirmation, however upon arrival i was charged more. Will not be returning
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Just convenience for short distance to marina
Cons: The facilities in rooms are in bad an/ or in not working conditions. We changed 2 times our room. We were staying for 2 nights. Last room was not good either..The 1st night we arrived- advised from the front desk to dine in the restaurant of hotel. The shift leader Fasua tried 3 times exaggerate our bill. No manager at side to clear this rip off trying. They are taking advantage of jet legged, and from cold climates tourists! Our other 2 parties (family) arrived night later. We didn't share our 1st night nightmare experience, cause we suggested to stay there. They were supposed to stay there 1 more night after our 7 day sailing trip. They didn'T. They contacted this hotel where they also didn't have any nice stay and were denied and were fully charged, without staying there.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, staff was great.
Cons: We had a little water issue.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Really good value for money.
Cons: Toilets flush running by itself every now and then.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: It’s in a great location and is 1 of 4 Marina hotels located very close to each each other. There is a free shuttle that runs every hour. They even give you a ride I to town as it’s on the way to the beach resort. Everything is within 10 minute car distance. The Bay Garden Marina Haven is where we stayed. We had our 1 year old baby and it was perfect for us. This one is more chilled compared to the beach resort. if your going with a young one your better of staying here then planning your day in the morning. Your actually opposite the Marina which is really nice to go for lunch/dinner with a local supermarket. Really convenient.
Cons: The property is ideal. Super chilled and quiet for families. The staff are so friendly. They were helpful and played so much with our daughter that we loved it. We had such a laugh with them which always adds to your holiday.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Friendly staff. Shuttles. The access to the resort. Water games. Cocktails. We even got a free massage courtesy Prisca. Great location...great location.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't much different every morning
Good 6,8
Pros: lady at front desk was helpful and nice. booked us a shuttle to the airport. close to the marina
Cons: one of the staff barged into our friends room despite having a do not disturb sign on the door. When they asked him to leave he was very rude and told them to lock the door if they didnt want anyone coming in.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The staff though we’re out of this world. It felt like Being at a home away from home.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff are fantastic!
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The Room was very spacey and well laid out. Also the entire outside surrounding was extremely beautiful and clean. I loved the Breakfast Buffett that had something for every taste and preference.
Cons: I had Problems with the Shower, having either too little water pressure or Hot/Cold mixing wouldn't work properly. The Restaurant Menu was rather boring and with too few Vegetarian or even Vegan Options.
Good 7,0
Pros: Nice and clean hotel at the entrance of Rodney Bay. Very well situated. Very good breakfast at the Bay Gardens Hotel (the hotel of the same brand next door). Free pass to the Splash Island Water Park.
Cons: Our room was very noisy, with a view on the street. Very shallow swimming pool.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: - part of the Bay Gardens Resort, so included access to other hotel's facilities and waterpark which was great fun - great buffet breakfast in neighbouring hotel next door - clean and comfortable rooms - very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: - shower quite hard to work, either very hot or cold water

Good 7,0
Pros: Beautiful view from room.. Infinity pool with spectacular view.
Cons: Staff not always as helpful or friendly as they could be. Not advertised that there is no bar or food beyond afternoon. Costs 20 US dollars to nearest town if you eat out. No shuttle from hotel into town. Room was self catering, so we could buy food and cook, but not aware of this until we got there.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The view of the pitons is extraordinary. Our room was nice with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and large balcony. The breakfast is tasty with good variety. The infinity pool is gorgeous. The grounds are charming.
Cons: The main pool is very dated. The infinity pool is beautiful but it’s part of the owner’s villa and has quite limited hours. The mosquito netting has holes. The location is not walkable.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: clean rooms with AC, excellent views, quiet at night.
Poor 1,0
Pros: The view and the landscape
Cons: This place is a DUMP!! Dirty, filthy and smells moldy and wet. I would not keep my pig in this place. The room that is being advertised is the room of the owner and NOT the room that is in the actual. This place is a scam, with false advertisement, The floor in the bedroom is moldy , refrigerator is rusty and the shower head is unbelievably filthy. This place is a pig house with rat droppings.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: View from infinity edge pool amazing. Skip all the view points along the way and just get here. 2 room suite was nice with great view from balcony
Cons: Upper pool looked rough. Poor horses need the burrs cut out of their manes and all the livestock could use an extra meal.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: The view is amazing!!
Cons: Staff - the very very bed staff of the world.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The views were outstanding looking across at the Pitons. The hotel grounds are well maintained and spacious. The location was excellent, Rey peaceful and although up a hill a reasonable distance from Soufriere.
Cons: The main pool was a little murky and offered no shade .
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Loved the big bed and the spacious room with fresh fruits (nice touch!). The property is absolutely gorgeous, and next to a normal pool, there is also an infinity pool from which you have a great view on the Pitons.
Cons: The tv is on at the snack bar across the plantation house, so even when you're inside the room, you still hear the American news. Very annoying as it was quite loud. Also, if you don't have a car, the walk from Soufriere up the hill is a bit challenging as it's steep. The bus won't take you for such a short ride so I recommend taking a taxi.
Good 7,1
Pros: The view from the resort is beyond incredible. Stunning. Infinity pool refreshing. Breakfast well prepared and plentiful. Resort was safe and secure. Staff was very hospitable, friendly, and eager to meet our needs.
Cons: Noisy appliances (In Main house; A/C loud rumbling and screeching on start up, refrigerator shelving collapsed when items placed on rack, refrigerator transformer had loud hum. Cashew suites; could hear ceiling fan in adjacent room). These were minor annoyances that we could adjust to. The WiFi and internet were spotty. We used our cell hot spot to access internet. The poor internet is apparently and island wide issue.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The breakfast buffet was really good- even an omelette station. The views from the room balconies were to die for. The infinity pool was amazing with gorgeous views of the pitons. There was a snack/ bar area where beer and alcohol was served in a relaxed atmosphere. The owner joe even invited us for drinks in house and lunch of salt fish. Soufriere downtown was close by with our rental car less than a mile. Hummingbird restaurant was right down the hill with a beach bar close by. We had a fantastic stay.

Pros: Love the large lobby area as well as courtyard view of the pool. Breakfast included. Comfy bed.
Cons: Housekeeping does a poor cleaning job. WIFI is terrible and couldn't get any work done and had to spend hours in the lobby to get decent reception. Mold on my pillow. Room was paid for two, but because the young lady didn't see my dad as much on the premises she told my dad he couldnt have breakfast and later changed her mind after I told her my reservations were for two people. My dad later declined eating any food.
