Pros: I can not think about one downfall of this resort. My only thing would be that if you have problems with your legs you will have a hard time getting down to the beach using the stairs. Other than that this resort blew me away.
Cons: Only 2 restaurants but they are really good and the steep stairs to the beach.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Stunning hotel with breathtaking views. The fact a lot of rooms have their own pools means the hotel pools are not that busy. The food was great, especially if you can swallow the 98 steps to the beach and the naked fisherman.
Cons: There were a lot of mosquitos. but the rooms have nets and both repellent and after bite which was a nice touch. Did feel it was lacking some pool staff for drinks and food.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We travelled as a couple in our early 30’s with a 7 month old baby. General resident mix is 90% retirees, 5% honeymooners & 5% coupes with young children - but a nice mix with everyone being polite, friendly and chatty. Staff - were amazing in parts. Having travelled with our 7 month old daughter, the breakfast and lunch staff were motherly, caring and accommodating to our and her needs. Caribbean hospitality, whilst not always the fastest, is so memorable and I regularly reminisced to when I was a child visiting this part of the world and having staff be so kind, fun and bubbly with guests. The Cliff Restaurant - quality and taste were standards I’d expect of high end London places. Just felt bit exuberant eating there regularly. But we did, cause it was a holiday and special trip. Having breakfast there every morning overlooking the sea is just amazing, a fantastic setting. The Naked Fisherman - picture postcard beach bar vibe - great casual place for enjoying long lunches over drinks in the shade - and a good variety of food on offer. Water sports - all included and great selection Beach - excellent - didn’t feel we needed to tour others. Was lovely sand, clear waters and small enough felt quite private, and whilst it wasn’t, hotel residents have exclusivity over sunbeds, staff and activities. The waves were quite rough, so if your not confident with that you may not be comfortable swimming. Pool - basis most rooms having private pools the two resort pools were quiet and relaxed, without stress of having to contend for sunbed location/preferences. Room - spacious, clean and all seem to have nice balconies for evening drinks etc. For those travelling with kids/babies, it’s worth noting that whilst the cot was provided it is in your room, so is restrictive for parents post bedtime. We used the balcony to continue evening drinks or have food in the room. Our room also didn’t include a bath so worth bringing a travel on if necessary.
Cons: No real killer issues, minor points which are more personal observations and/or preference. There is no doubt this hotel is very special. Price - obviously reflective of the international demand and I sensed a theme among other travellers that many resorts are overpriced and lock you into the resort. From our personal circumstances, food & drink added up significantly over the course of the holiday, especially given the isolated nature of the resort you are slightly beholden to the two restaurants. But that was in part because we travelled with a small child and the hassle of evening taxis to nearby Rodney Bay during bedtime routines wasnt an option we wanted to pursue. 1 week food and drink at resort, excluding inclusive breakfast, was ~£1,250. Length of stay - We stayed 2 weeks and I would advise no more than 10 days for pure variety reasons. Everything becomes a bit repetitive. The beach restaurant - The Naked Fisherman - whilst amazing as a beach bar vibe spot, was often a bit too slow on food service and sometimes the servers were marginally rude. But nothing that truly bothered us. And small additional point, the dishes were often small relative to price. The walk to the beach - this was an issue for us as we often had a pram and it felt like it blocked dinner plans down by the beach, but We didn’t really mind the exercise up/down the steep steps, but for older guests (90% of residents) they probably didn’t appreciate it. Food selection - daily specials would have been welcomed, just because we stayed for so long you can only recycle the menu so many times. But they do accommodate those with food preferences and requests can be made.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We loved the staff! They are wonderful and a big part of this hotel's success. From the restaurant servers to the people who bring you your beach towels, they just can't do enough. This is a hotel where the details count. Little things like the liquid soap in your room smells of the highest quality. The location is incredible and the food is excellent - we were all inclusive. We would stay for a shorter time next time, because the food was too rich for 15 days. I am Coeliac, and my choices were good in The Cliff (incredible views) restaurant - freshly made gluten free bread at each meal - but not at the beach restaurant 'The Naked Fisherman - the most wonderful location on a brilliant beach. Very small choice for a Coeliac there. I would have liked just plain food (pasta was there for non-coeliacs) to be offered to me too. The massages were terrific.
Cons: Our first room was dark and overlooked a car park. We had to wait 2 days to move because it was a Saturday check-in and there was no-one from the reservations team working. That was grim. We'd worked ourselves up after 2 nights in there and were actually ready to leave. But Monday during breakfast, a really delightful person sought us out and took us to a much better room with a great view. Things picked up after that. The staff really do want you to be happy. A Tip - it can take a while to get your glass of wine at dinner. Go to the bar and get one yourself before you sit at the table. It's all very relaxed, sometimes a tad too relaxed in that department.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The food is excellent.
Cons: The only thing I can think of, is twice we had staff enter our room without knocking.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The view from breakfast was impeccable. The breakfast menu provided a wide variety of options and everything was so fresh and delicious. The homemade multi-grain bread was our favorite! Breakfast staff were very friendly.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like about breakfast. It was always a very pleasant experience and started our day off on the right foot each day.

Pros: I celebrated my 30th birthday here. My boyfriend booked it as a surprise and I for one really wasn't disappointed. The hotel was beautiful. As soon as you walk down those stairs the view is incredible! Our room was huge and just perfect, especially our little balcony that we had. We had a private dinner the night of my birthday and the food and service was great - and even the food when we ate in the restaurant the night before was just amazing! Never tasted anything like it before. Staff were super friendly and helpful too :) The private beach and the grounds were also perfecto!! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone. On the plus side, it's adults only :)
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location and Staff were amazing. The food/beverages were of a very high standard. Excursions offered were well organised and value for money
Cons: The size of the room was a little small. The bathroom/toilet needed updating. Concierge service was a bit hit and miss.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location is beautiful, with simple, but great facilities. The food and drinks are very good, but not mind blowing. The staff is amazing, super friendly, and always willing to help.
Cons: The room could be better, there was a lot of humidity, even with the AC on. The in bedroom jacuzzi wasn't working.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Amazing staff, probably the best service I had in my life Food was so delicious, mainly the seafood Clean and comfort Amazing amenities Private pool was great
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location, views, pool, peace.
Cons: Facilities need a little investment, starting to show their age.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning, rooms and facilities are brilliant and the staff can not be more helpful. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Food is exceptional, with daily specials everyday. Food is fresh and to a good quality. The chef is also flexible to requests and could not fault. Clear following of covid guidelines throughout the hotel without it being intrusive. This is our 2nd visit and would definitely return, as good as it was the first time.
Cons: Nothing...everything was brilliant. If anything wasnt quite right it was fixed straight away with no fuss at all.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The food was excellent.
Cons: The taxi charges when going out to eat or doing excursions were exorbitant.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The beauty and the privacy of the resort is fabulous. All the employees were so efficient and always smiling , from check in to room service and in between. We stayed in cottage one so it’s a hike up all the stairs to the lobby but we had our own pool so we stayed in our private world until cocktail hour, dinner or a trip into town which is a short taxi ride. We definitely will return.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: great location very nice rooms and beach. the staff was so fantastic- hi Jose!! the food was really good and the selection is great for picky eaters. thanks for welcoming us back and keeping us safe!
Cons: the only thing is the water pressure in the shower but not a huge deal.
Okay 5,0
Pros: spacious villa and comfortable bed several small spools
Cons: the service was bad: the staff was barely acknowledging us/ talking to us, and they all seem so disorganized like they didn’t know what they were doing. they don’t even disclose the price of their drinks on their menu and just tell you “that they are subject to change without notice” which is super sketchy and truly makes you think that they charge as they please. aside from the breakfast that’s decent, the food is overall overpriced and bad quality. we had made a reservation at one of their restaurants and 1. service was terrible (the woman was actually rude and seemed like she had no desire to be there), 2. they were out of half of the menu 3. the prices were NYC prices 4. the setup was nothing special 5. we were charged 155 dollars for 4 appetizers and we had to complain at checkout because they double charged us. overall I would not recommend this place. we’re staying at another place right now and that just reinforces my thoughts about how low quality this place is. stay away!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Like our room
Cons: Toilet... Difficult to make it flush
Excellent 8,0
Pros: lots of facilities didn’t like our initial room which was outdated in our opinion but we managed to get moved to something more suitable
Cons: Food was quite expensive for what you got.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: lovely spacious villas
Cons: Not the nicest of beaches.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: beautiful rooms, extremely clean and spacious. we had a huge balcony that we weren’t expecting as well as a lot of space for our luggage and clothes, which we really appreciated
Cons: breakfast was great but the rest of the food was only ok and very expensive. night time entertainment was frankly awful and very loud and disturbing, so we went out for dinner every night, which we were happy to do in principal but we had to take a taxi everywhere which was very expensive also… don’t go into the resort’s supermarket unless you have more money than sense ($6 for a bag of tortilla chips!?) and beware of the service charges applied on to everything! we tipped each morning at breakfast (even though it was included in our booking) and were shocked to discover that a 10% service fee was charged on top of the tips bill we received at the end of the week. a bit of a joke really!
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The villas where nice and beach and water sports are good
Cons: Food was terrible, and a rip off if not all inclusive, they are not world class whatsoever as described on there website. Check in is awful especially if busy prepare to be ignored, this is not a 5 star hotel as I know it. The worst aspect is the hygiene, at breakfast I witnessed them clean tables, chairs and food matts with the same dirty rag again and again for each table spreading germs around the food hall, I was unable to eat there again after seeing this, they had disinfectant bottles but from pure laziness or mismanagement they never bothered to use them once, matter of time before mass illness or god forbid covid outbreak, totally unacceptable at any time least of all when they are suppose to be following covid safety protocols.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The place was fine, it’s biggest plus is definitely the owner who is a very nice and outgoing guy! Ready to give you tips about the island and great to chat with :)
Excellent 10,0
Pros: very well located in the village of gros-islet. It’s the perfect place to go to drop your things, go around the island and come back to sleep, you won’t need more for this price. If your looking for a place to just stay around and chill at the hotel it might not be the right place, but if you are looking to discover everything and just need a place to sleep it’s the best place. And the host was wonderful, very helpful I really recommend this place and I will surely come back.
Cons: I liked everything but is there is something to say is that the wall are thin so you can here other guest comes and goes.
Good 6,0
Pros: Julian was super friendly. The room was clean and i could park right outside.
Cons: There was issues with the water so on occassion i couldn't shower when I got in, which wasn't very pleasant after being on the beach all day.
Good 7,0
Pros: Julian was very helpful
Cons: WiFi problems
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The owner Julian was very nice and helpful. I booked pick up with him which worked very well and was cheaper than the taxi. Also didn't have to use cash as he included that in the payment. As a alone female traveller is it really good with advice and help where to go and what to do. Julian wad very helpful. He could also help with tours etc. Also possible to get eggs and fruit for breakfast as well as bread so you can cook your breakfast. Great

Cons: very dates with things broken in the room. Needs a massive make over. Had music playing so loud outside until 2am in the morning which is what you really want.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Clean room- Very nice service at breakfast- Cannot remember the name of the lovely waitress- she lives in Choiseul and has a young son.
Cons: Check-in- Clerk unpleasant and chewing gum noisily. Adamant we could not check-in before 4pm, even if the accommodation was ready by 3pm. Adamant we could not have our bracelet for the other Bay Gardens before that time, although we had just paid in full for the room at the desk.
Good 7,0
Pros: Staff was fantastic Breakfast was good Room was clean Reatuarant was fair Location very good
Cons: Nothing i could place my fingers on except the bed
Good 6,0
Pros: location
Cons: common areas were mediocre
Good 7,0
Pros: Location and shuttle service to other Bay Garden hotels
Cons: Could have had a double bed instead of two single beds in our room. The hotel should provide basic things such as charging adapters etc.

Good 6,8
Pros: lady at front desk was helpful and nice. booked us a shuttle to the airport. close to the marina
Cons: one of the staff barged into our friends room despite having a do not disturb sign on the door. When they asked him to leave he was very rude and told them to lock the door if they didnt want anyone coming in.

Okay 4,0
Pros: The location was beach and the staff clearly take pride in maintaining the beauty of the beach. The staff at the watersports facility were excellent. El Jardin and Morgan's Pier both had excellent food for dinner.
Cons: Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of this facility. Rooms were only cleaned every other day and were did find a cockroach in our room twice.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great facilities for sport, perfect location, a few key staff members ( Kjell and Theresa and the tennis lady). Nice clean rooms with good soundproofing.
Cons: Some really sullen staff ( especially at pool bar) and wildly erratic service in restaurants. The management of staff also seemed a real issue ( eg only one bar open at peak pre-dinner evening slot with one of the only two staff present preferring to tidy chairs than serve customers ). We did appreciate the existence of Covid problems and that hotel industry here only just getting back on its feet so will probably come back but some staff really spoiled the experience- arguing over whether a university student was really 18 ( we brought a passport it got so bad) or asking ‘what’s the point?‘ when asked to make a mocktail ( and not at all in a jokey way). Female customers noticed the rudeness much more than male ones judging by the comments in the ladies room.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Staff were great, food was lovely
Cons: Distance from international airport Hotel needs modernizing Did not offer complimentary rapid covid tests as some resorts do Pool beds uncomfortable Resort expensive but doesn’t deliver on the price
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Excellent choice of food Excellent range of daily activities
Cons: Room cleaning on alterNate days only
Good 7,0
Pros: location
Cons: a bit old
Excellent 8,0
Pros: loved location and beach. room was good and very comfy big bed. good having fridge in room also. friendly and very helpful staff. Morgan’s Pier restaurant excellent in all respects
Cons: some staff need more training as service could be improved. BBQ shack could be fantastic but service too slow and food generally over cooked. would also be perfect place for small beach bar in evenings . Also wine glasses in all restaurants very small . could do with updating . needed more choice of white wine as only one offered.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff was great
Cons: Modern Rooms
Excellent 8,0
Pros: the beach view room was amazing and the food was delicious
Cons: felt like the staff were understaffed at times and due to this we got some attitude

Pros: the location
Cons: the WiFi
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The resort is in a great location and Ms. P and all the staff are wonderful. The rest of the world should embrace the joyfulness of the people of St. Lucia!
Cons: More eating options for all day dining.
Poor 1,0
Pros: the bathroom was nice
Cons: This place has horrible service, food and attitude. It’s not worth the money at all. You can stay at wind jammer down the road for much cheaper and 3 times better quality. I paid nearly $500 for a suite with kitchen here. The kitchen had no cutting knives, spatchula wooden spoon or anything to cook with. There was no wine opener either. The cabinets smell very strong of mildew. The staff is very clearly not happy there. Every day we attempted to get beach chairs and an umbrella and every day a problem. One day they just straight ignored us and when we were looking for help two employees standing there we assumed were security because they never even acknowledged us. One day a many told us he could not put one chair in the shade and the other in the sun. He would put the umbrella where he had already dug a hole and we would have to figure it out. The umbrella shaded the people in the row behind us. He also told us to drag our own chairs 100 feet down the crowded beach to the only available spot. The next day they didn’t have any umbrellas left for us at all and we had to walk down the beach to another place and pay $30 usd for beach umbrella and chair rentals. When I spoke to the front desk about it the response was “it’s not our fault, first come first served”. So this is the kind of service I may expect somewhere cheaper but not at this nightly rate. We showed up ten minutes before breakfast buffet ended and two staff members both looked at their watches and complained in creole about us thinking we wouldn’t understand what they were saying. The food was horrible quality at a very expensive price. They over cooked the tuna and the breakfast isn’t even worth going to. The only good thing about the hotel that we experienced was strong drinks. They had promised a welcome drink but we were never given tickets for them and after asking twice just gave up. House keeping didn’t come unless you called to request it.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Loved the following. Quiet room over looking the garden (on the third floor it had a great view) Even though it was Easter there was plenty room on the beach The beach security staff also set up beds and brollys every day They gave us a late check out till 5m with no probs Free sailing and paddle boards Hiking around with David from the Water sports (at 7.30am!) Very friendly staff throughout
Cons: The towels could be a bit better and more than one per person Nothing else, we had a great 10day stay over Easter
Good 6,0
Pros: The location on the beach was lovely. The rooms were bright and airy and very clean.
Cons: The swimming pool was extremely murky with a thick green algae line around the outside. Definitely not fit for swimming. We were not all inclusive and paid USD27 for the breakfast which was AWFUL. Would genuinely use the word "depressing" to describe it! Lots of the loungers on the beach were really old and falling apart. The music around the pool was very loud.
Good 6,0
Pros: Direct access to the beach and beach staff were excellent
Cons: Bar staff miserable, reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful - requests for early check in and upper level room not met.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful clean surroundings Friendly, accommodating, helpful staff Excellent tasty food

Pros: Not much to like actually… except the maid was lovely..
Cons: Very tired around our swim up room and that was overpriced too! Swim up from where? its just a room that has a pool outside… anyway needed some TLC. This type of hotel really wasn’t for us - it was more like a spring break party… We should have guessed being all inclusive but it really was just wall to wall drinkers from 10am. The bars and beach restaurants closed at 5 or 6 as the majority had left after a busy day flexing their elbow! They boasted of having 12 restaurants… but most are little cafes serving the same thing and the a la carte Restaurants were so busy that we managed to get a reservation on one night out of 5. Even then we cancelled and went to stay at another hotel further down the island. Learned a lesson. But if you want wall to wall drinking and all inclusive you can go to better places for away under half the price!

Pros: Not alot
Cons: Staff attitude
Good 7,0
Pros: Our first stay at Sandals The Grand in 2018 was much better. Staff were inconsistent in their treatment of us. The business centre was closed so you can’t print out your Travel pass documents. Our booking for Gordon’s restaurant was never entered. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes before they decided to give us a table. The restaurant was not crowded. A staff member refused to serve me a coconut on the beach. She said the coconuts are way past the bar. I could go on. Alcoholic drinks are watered down. Prosecco is terrible served warm.
Cons: The drop in standards. No longer a 5 Star hotel.
Good 7,0
Pros: good facilities and so many options for activities etc Plenty of choices for food and all tasted very good well designed layout of the resort, never felt overcrowded
Cons: Room amenities were ok, body wash etc wasn’t replenished. generally staff were very friendly but occasionally some were abrupt and felt like we were an inconvenience when asking questions or clarifying anything.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The resort was amazing, being a larger property there was plenty of room. We had a lovely quiet spot on the beach well away from the hubbub at the pool (which was also fun occasionally). Service was great and the food amazing. Full credit to the reception staff, bell boys and gardeners
Cons: Nothing - it was ideal.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We LOVED our week here! Staff are INCREDIBLE! Everyone is in love and happy. The food is great. The drinks are great. The tours are so much fun and well organised. The entertainment is brilliant. Would recommend to ANYONE for an incredibly fun honeymoon/ anniversary/ birthday etc.
Cons: There was very little not to like. A slight hiccup with arranging getting our bags to the airport when we took the helicopter but in their defence we booked it very last minute and it all worked out fine in the end. And the helicopter tour was incredible!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Hard not to love paradise.
Cons: Sandals Grande St. Lucian is beautiful, and the staff is terrific. Food ranges from ordinary to good, rarely outstanding. The only downside is the complexity of the plans; so many different types of accomodations and treatments therein. Ours didn't quite live up to the hype.

Poor 1,0
Pros: The view is exceptional. But the room was terrible.
Cons: There was no hot water to shower, front desk staff leave work at 4 pm. No one left to report stuff to
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Infinity pool is the bomb
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: I liked the view and the quietness of the area.
Cons: I didn't like that we got washed out stained pool towels whilst foreigners got new towels. The outside of the room was messy with leaves and rotting mangoes and also a dead rat in the drain. The toilet when flushed leaks, and termite droppings on the bed. There is no phone or TV in the room. Security is nonexistent and I don't feel safe. I will not recommend to locals .
Okay 4,0
Pros: A superb location with amazing views of the Pitons. The garden is nice. The restaurant, which is not run by the hotel, is very good with fantastic views, nice service and good food. The position is good for a ten minute drive into Soufriere.
Cons: Unfortunately, the reception staff were offhand and the room was tired, broken down and dirty.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Incredible views! Beautiful balcony! Huge room! Gorgeous pool with views!
Cons: Service in restaurant was a little slow!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Room was outstanding, so beautiful with an amazing view of the piton. Staff were amazing We had a great last day at the bar with midge who needs a gold medal for his customer service
Cons: A stove and pans in the room so we could do a bit more cooking
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Yuo can't beat the view! The staff of both, the restaurant and the hotel are very friendly and accomodating.
Cons: WiFi signal was very weak. The connection worked only on the porch or in the bathroom
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything about this resort is lovely. It is away from the hustle of town but close enough to so many beautiful sites and things to do. The restaurant on site, Lush, was perfect with the most lovely staff. Would return in a heartbeat!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything. My favourite place ever.
Cons: Leaving.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: pleasant staff good position
Cons: little bit dated if had to be picky
Good 6,0
Pros: the place next shops and restaurants, the bed is amazing
Cons: food and service are not so good
Okay 5,0
Pros: The beds were super uncomfortable. I didn’t have a safe that works. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
Cons: I didn’t like the bed at all. It was very u comfortable to the point where I couldn’t sleep. There are no elevators. You have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. I didn’t have a working safe to put my valuables in. Very unsatisfied!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The proximity and the beach
Cons: The length of time to check in and front desk must be versed on genius members that as soon as the client reach the desk there upgrade is dealt with automatically
Good 6,0
Pros: Hotel is within walking distance to stores and restaurants, as well as the beach.
Cons: The property is outdated and the food is very bad.
Good 7,0
Pros: the room
Cons: the service
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the hotel is in perfect place for Rodney Bay. plenty of restaurants, shops etc just round the corner. a curtesy shuttle will take you to the beach where there’s more wonderful restaurants. rooms are slightly tired but adequate & clean
Cons: breakfast are average but adequate (a lot of cake) there could be more sunbeds & umbrellas especially when it’s busy
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I Had a great time staying at Bay gardens hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the room was a great size, comfortable beds, with good aircon shower and balcony. The room was very clean and had everything you need. Breakfast felt a little disorganised when busy, but generally ok and you can order some alternatives. There are 3 small pools here which are great for chilling out and all areas were quiet, but you can also use the shuttle to the resort which has a bigger pool and beach so you get the best of both with handy beach towels provided. There are shops just round the corner for all your needs and The hotel staff also arranged my predeparture tests and made sure I got my result and printed it before I left for the airport.
Cons: The hotel is on a busy road so you sometimes hear it, but you mostly don't notice once inside. Traffic can be a little busy along this stretch, but fine once you are around the corner
Good 6,2
Pros: 3 pools, including very shallow areas good for toddlers. Free breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Bed was rock hard. Faucet was broken in bathroom. A/C barely worked latter half of our stay. Token system for towels was very annoying. Beach shuttle should run every half hour not every hour. Food was pretty mediocre at the hotel. Never received promised “welcome gift.”
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Simplicity, clean, snd nice firm bed to sleep!
Cons: Could hear some noise at times, but it was fine.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff very friendly & helpful Great breakfast choice. Lunch & dinner was fair to good.
Cons: Bed very hard. Only thin blanket.

Pros: Great staff who were very helpful. Close to all necessities, and the beach. The latter is very walkable, or you can catch the shuttle to the resort.
Cons: Would have liked to have seen more local foods served at breakfast.

Pros: thé welcoming
Cons: thé breakfast
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Breakfast and restaurant cosy and relaxed! Grounds lovely and pools! All staff pleasant, lovely and kind !
Good 7,0
Pros: Staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful. Good location for shops and restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better organised - slow service and buffet kept running out. Insufficient sunbeds - only 10 to service 30 rooms. Shuttle bus often ran to it's own timetable rather than that published.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The hotel is very close to a supermarket / small shopping mall and it’s within 10 min walk to the beach (or you can use a free shuttle to the beach). The breakfast was very nice with lots of options available. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we loved them!
Cons: -

Excellent 8,0
Pros: There was a variety of food choices and the staff very friendly.
Cons: The wifi was poor, had trouble checking in my flight using my phone as internet kept dropping. Would be good to have a shower room to change and freshen up for the evening flight. When i ask the night before i wasnt given an option to have a late check out and advised to you the spa shower, then I saw a couple given a room to freshen up on the day we were leaving.
Poor 1,0
Cons: Left the Hotel after one night! The Room was horrible and didn’t look like the room we booked at booking. The Manager told us that it was a mistake of booking.com and the hotel has only 4 Rooms which look like on the pictures at booking. Our Taxidriver told us that the hotel will be completely closed in 2 years.
Good 6,0
Pros: Excellent location to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Fantastic beach with easy access and dedicated cabanas. Caring staff who got to know you and catered to your needs.
Cons: Hotel is due for demolition and its clear nothing is being upgraded or maintained beyond what they consider compulsory. Hotel rooms are dated, in disrepair, without black out curtains. Its a random selection what kind of bed you get, e.g. queen vs two single beds stuck together.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: on a beautiful beach. staff very friendly and good entertainment
Cons: The rooms a a little old fashioned and tired
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was superb! Right on the wonderful beach and very close to amenities and other bars and restaurants. Close to transport links as well.
Cons: The food in the buffet was lovely, however it was a bit strange to ask for food at the buffet. I believe this still might be due to Covid19 restrictions, but it would have been great to go and plate your own food. The restaurant Chic looked very pleasant but our experience there was not. Waitress did not inform us that menu is made up of 4 courses so we ended missing out on salad/soup course, steak was very overcooked and description of dessert did not match what was served.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were so willing to help....they are very friendly....Amazing.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like. The place is great.

Pros: Love the large lobby area as well as courtyard view of the pool. Breakfast included. Comfy bed.
Cons: Housekeeping does a poor cleaning job. WIFI is terrible and couldn't get any work done and had to spend hours in the lobby to get decent reception. Mold on my pillow. Room was paid for two, but because the young lady didn't see my dad as much on the premises she told my dad he couldnt have breakfast and later changed her mind after I told her my reservations were for two people. My dad later declined eating any food.
