Guests say
Guests appreciated the central location close to the train station and city center, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and some positive experiences with staff. However, many expressed concerns about the safety of the neighborhood, mentioning encounters with drug users and feeling unsafe, especially at night. Some found the breakfast and service satisfactory, while others mentioned issues with noise, small bathrooms, and lack of amenities like elevators. Overall, the hotel offers good value and cleanliness, but the surrounding area and safety are major drawbacks.
