Pros: All good, nice hotel run by a lovely couple, would recommend!

Pros: Very warm welcome and attentive host. Quiet location, really comfortable room and beds. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Secure parking and a 15-minute walk into the centre of Tours.

Cons: Nothing - just great.

Cons: No problem for us! But be aware that there is no elevator. If you stay on the third floor you have to climb some stairs!

Pros: Charming hotel in the middle of the city center with a creative atmosphere and non-generic design+support. Very good service for the price and location.

Cons: Parking difficult, as previously mentioned. The paid public parking is costly but easily reachible by foot. Many rooms open their windows towards the street with quite some noise until late night and early morning. Guests who prefer fresh air over air-con should ask for rooms towards the backyard.

Pros: Nice facilities/ great location near everything

Cons: Elevator/ 4th floor and no elevator / I'm an avid cyclist so no issue, could be a show stopper.

Pros: The location was ideal, even if not very practical with a car. It is located directly on the street where all bars and restaurants are, but we were not disturbed at all by any noise as the rooms are very sound-proof. The French breakfast was very good and the staff extremely friendly.

Cons: We came with a car and the parking possibilities downtown are not so great. But the hotel has a deal with a parking house close by (5 minutes by foot) for which you only pay 8€ per day.

Pros: Perfect location. Parking places nearby. Short way to the old town, to take a run along the river. We do recommend the libanese restaurant directly on the left.

Pros: It’s a gem! Good size room, clean, fresh decorations and in a perfect location for walking to everything - museums and shops and the old area of Tours. In a pedestrian street with a huge variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Breakfast is good too and the owner is very helpful. We will stay again, it’s really good value and very secure.

Cons: Can’t think of anything

Cons: Reception closes at 7pm. Because of its limited hours, you may not get help when you need it. Room was on upper level, but its extremely noisy. Its facing the street and tons of people hangout in the bars around the property. Very noisy until 230am! I like to keep window open for some air but it was impossible.

Pros: Good location in funky older part of town, room was clean, staff was friendly and informative.

Cons: The room was a bit run down with peeling wall paper, and was mostly dark gray, and not in a trendy way, which made it depressing and dark. Adding to that, the lighting was cold and not strong enough to brighten up the place or to read by. Left knowing I should have gone to the Best Western for similar price, way better quality and in a better area.

Pros: Lovely host Olivier, he was most hospitable and welcoming.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location for those who wish to be in the centre of Tours. The street has many varied and good restaurants along it and in was a short walk from the busy cafés of Place Plumereau. Even though we were on a tourist street, our room overlooked the garden so it was quiet at night. Overnight parking was available at 8euros50 per day a short walk away.

Pros: The location was perfect, in the very centre of Tours. It was also fairly easy to find free parking for the night around the hotel and we were also offered to get a discounted spot in a guarded parking closeby. The room was nice and the beds very comfy.

Cons: The staff was not super helpful/knowledgeable about the surroundings and the breakfast was ok for the price but nothing exceptional.

Pros: Only stayed one night but loved the location. Right around the corner from Rue Colbert which was full of place to eat or enjoy a drink. Close to the Loire River. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely go back! Staff happily arranged our taxi for early the next morning.

Stayed there for four days. It is situated just in front of hotel De Ville, at the edge of downtown. I always selected a place in heart of downtown, with a rental car, prefer to have an easy access parking in site, like this hotel. Just step out, you enter downtown. During check in, they upgraded us to a suite. Nice touch. Our suite has almost 2 rooms, one bedroom and other had a table, sofa (could change to a bed) and TV. In between, an aisle with toilet, bathroom and wardrobe. Bed was excellent, good mattress. Room have a Espresso machine, air condition, safe, just lack of a fridge/minibar in this excellent 4 star hotel was something we feel. Bathroom with toilette and a shower, also a Jacuzzi. All room and bathroom was super clean. Breakfast was very good like 4 star hotel. As we never eat cooked items in breakfast, never check them. Parking area is in a roundabout 50 meters of entrance, a part of hotel, easy to find. It is better to reserve it in advance. Stuffs was very good, they help us at first to give us address of electronic shop, also restaurants. Only cons was some black small particles when we used Jacuzzi. It was happened on our last day, I informed stuff before check out. But, I want to say, surely come back again to OCEANIA.

Pros: Staff - very friendly and helpful

Pros: Breakfast was ample and the location across from the Theater was ideal. I was especially impressed by the host upon arriving: he cleaned the room key with purell, showing his concern for our safety during the pandemic.

Cons: Room very basic. Breakfast room service terrible. Food cold, fruit poor quality, croissants cold and hard as rocks! Dog friendly hotel but were advised on arrival dogs not allowed anywhere in hotel. Bedrooms in basic annexe across the courtyard where dogs could access only. Total waste of money booking such a lovely looking hotel.

Pros: Restaurant attached was a very good thing because you are off by yourselves in a residential neighborhood.

Cons: No Air conditioning so we had to leave the window open. Very noisy outside during the night as there is a petrol Station underneath. Ironically we asked to move room because the window locks were broken. The hotel decor is dated.

Pros: The rooms are really quite nice & comfy and it was really clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is great. We ate at bistro odile and it was delicious. Old town, shopping areas, restaurants all a few minutes walk away and Tours is just ridiculously pretty.

Cons: The corridors are a bit grotty. We only had one chair on our balcony and one plastic cup in the bathroom.

Pros: The Room and en-suite bathroom were spacious and well laid out. It was a dog friendly room with excellent access to the front door. The staff were very welcoming both to me and to my dog which was a nice touch.

Cons: Cant think of much to say here I chose the location because it cut my journey from UK to Aveyron in two so it was a stopover as opposed to having a holiday in Tours. The location and services provided met my requirements.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ideal stop off point on a long journey. Luis who met us on arrival and served us later in the bar was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Hotel is within a short walk of many shops and restaurants.

Pros: Our room (420) was spacious, and the bed comfortable, and it was great to have a bath! The hotel is well located, with ample parking on site. The lifts run swiftly and efficiently. We didn't use the pool on this occasion, but it is an attraction for us.

Cons: Dinner was disappointing: the menu was the same as when we stayed in May/June, and the staff were pre-occupied with a coach party so we waited too long between courses. Breakfast could have been better organised: staff were busy clearing and laying tables, but both bread and scrambled egg ran out for a while. And there was almost no fruit!

Pros: This property is a good place to stop en route to/from Calais / South West France. It’s clean, comfortable and close to the motorway. Buffet Breakfast is 9.90 per adult and offered a reasonable selection of pastries, cereals, cheese/ham, fruit and hot drinks.

Cons: It is located on a small trading estate so don’t choose this hotel if you’re after a picturesque location in Tours! The restaurant was not open but luckily there were a few to choose within walking distance.

Cons: We stayed a few years ago and it was fine. But now it seems the hotel has been very neglected. Overgrown garden, broken outdoor furniture etc. This may be a result of lockdowns and covid, but the whole place felt a bit unused and in need of a spruce up.
