KAYAK
Pick up was easy. The car was clean and new. Only thing I can say is they forgot to inform me about how to return the car during close times while car pick up. Nevertheless I managed to handle it since it was pretty self explanatory, the key drop drawer on the wall :).

Pros:

As there wasn't any car from the category I booked available, I got a free upgrade.

Cons:

As I got the car in the first hour in the morning, they didn't cleaned the car properly from the previous rent (that was returned out of the open hours)

Recommend this. Unlimited mileage was included, as well as traveling to other countries. Car was brand new with 7000km on it. Would rent again.

During booking though Kayak the result was that the car wasn't ready at the airport as I believe I defined it during the booking but in some office in the City center. Despite my e-mails SIXT were somehow unable to change the location of the pickup, so I needed to take taxi from the airport to the city center just to pick up the car. The price of this cost me 50% of the car rental for a day. Won't recommend booking SIXT from KAYAK.

Cons:

Pick up time was 12.00 and closing the office was at the same hour. I was late 15 mins and couldn't take car fm the location I booked. I had to go to airport and get the car 3 hours later
