Pros: The staff is very friendly and all the request such as extension of check out is very smoothly done. It’s in a very central location but still it’s very quite & calm for meetings.

Cons: FULL NIGHT STAYED WITH OUT AC. INFORMED THE STAFF BUT THEY HAVE NO EFFECT. THEY ONLY NEED RENT IN THE MORNING.

Pros: Staff are very friendly. I was sick during my stay and they were very caring. Room service is a little weak; otherwise, rest everything is fine

Pros: Front Manager Mr. Binnu was extremely helpful. He kindly booked our train tickets by using his accounts without any charges. We greatly appreciated his extra service.

Cons: Wifi connection does not work in my room. This should be fixed. The plug could be replaced with universal type, so that international travelers can charge the equipment directory.

Pros: The Primary reason to book this property was of its location. However, My parents had the worst time of their lives in the Hotel.

Cons: My parents told me that they were humiliated by the staff members. My parents were sent to 4 th floor. The water Tap in the washroom was broken. Heaps of mosquitoes in the property and no All Out was provided. Air conditioner was making lots of noice. The room had a bucket where 250 gm of snacks were kept. No price tag was kept in the bucket. When my parents were leaving, they were handed the snack bill of Rs 900. Staff members quoted below the belt remarks. I would never ever suggest anyone to visit the property. No

Cons: Hotel mangaement is a mess. There were leaky bathrooms. Bathtub water stopper was missing. Squeaky doors. The ceiling cabinet was missing (attached pics). I mean the hotel would have been good when it was made but now it seemed like an antique hotel because of very poor maintenance.

Pros: breakfast spread is repeated and needs to be changed and increased.

Cons: room was not equipped with ironing machine and slippers etc
