Prepayed and confirmed a reservation through Kayak and when I arrived at the hotel after a 17 hour flight from the US they did not have any rooms available even though kayak sent me a confirmation. There is a huge lack of proper communication between organizations. When traveling overseas don't trust kayak to work! Make sure to call the hotel to advise availability!
