Pros: Good value for the size of room.
Cons: Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 3 nights. The hotel is a few years old, well maintained but definitely showing it’s age. They have replaced the silicone in the bathroom but there is still mold everywhere. the sofas are fold our beds, so incredibly uncomfortable for actually watching TV. Hotel does not provide any bathroom amenities other than soap. Only one nice lady on the front desk in the mornings. The other staff made you feel like you were inconveniencing they by asking for assistance. The bed linen and especially the pillows were so old and well used they had lint balls all over them (I’ve never seen this before)which was really fross!!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Good location for beach, restaurants, supermarket and an outstanding patisserie just up the road. The staff were lovely and happy to struggle with me practising my French even though their English was very good. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette had everything I might need.
Cons: The sofa in the lounge was a sofa bed and not very comfortable for sitting or lounging on.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Location was good and close to beach and alot of restaurants nearby on a walking distance
Cons: No unlimited WiFi and really costly to buy - for 2 nights stay for a couple, unlimited WiFi should be complimentary Couch was unstable and would make crazy noise when you sit - not usable Toilet tub was dirty at edges and open door system without an exhaust in there (really bad idea)
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great location to the beach and central to the bar/restaurant area
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Everything, such an amazing place and location
Cons: We loved everything
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was an EXCELLENT place to stay. The service was great - we dealt with lots of different staff at the desk. All of them had a real service ethos as well as excellent English. There were two computers in the lobby for use. Pool was nice (small and not deep but well set up). Small kitchenette with plates, microwave and fridge. Nice well sized balconies. Excellent location close to beach and two bus routes. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: Odd louvred windows to bathroom. Very limited wifi amount (but offset by access to computers in lobby).
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Staff was super helpful! we enjoyed the luggage storarge which is very convenient if you go to any island.
Cons: gym is a bit old

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Probably the most enviable location on the whole Island of Pines - 15 minute walk to incredible Natural Pool and a vast bay and smaller islands at your door step, really only accessible to hotel guests. Great access to free activities like kayaking, snorkelling and paddle boarding.
Cons: I was hoping there may have been another restuarant as with resorts of this nature - after four nights and not many other options on the island it would help to have a bit more variety.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Wonderful rooms and we were upgraded at no charge. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, modern and large. The staff at the font desk were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The gym had a lot of good equipment, although a set of barbells could be added.
Cons: Hard to find much not to like about the property. The only minor negative is that the staff outside near the beach, serving food, handing out the towels, etc, could have been better. One guy had bad BO. And generally, the speed of service was very slow.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: It was my birthday and I was given a small dessert by the front desk staff as a welcome and happy birthday
Cons: Power out for an hour early on the morning
Okay 5,8
Pros: It is on the beach and offer free kayak and snorkel.
Cons: The fan in the room was not working and the aircon was weak. There were no bathrobes and they didn’t gave us water every day. The food in the hotel is very expensive and not great. But there aren’t many option close to the hotel. Cocktails at the pool were really bad. Basically soda for 18000 xpf. The bar in the lobby was better. It didn’t feel very clean, the drain in the bathroom was stuck. Overall for this price I just expected a lot more. It’s not a 5 star hotel. They overcharge is both in the booking time and at checkout. Check your bill carefully.

Pros: Everything was wonderful.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and great staff
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The pictures on the website did it justice. No photoshop required.
Cons: New Caledonia is expensive
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Friendly staff and quick check in
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The location was great, nice view from our room and really kind helpful staff.
Cons: Only very limited free wifi! Also all tv was in French With no English options
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Position, very restful and easy to have a very relaxing break Staff very helpful
Cons: Coffee from the Coffee machine in breakfast room could have been better
Good 7,0
Pros: Great location. Right on the beach and easy to walk to the shopping and dining areas.
Cons: The balconies were covered in bird poop and no one ever cleaned them. One of the two balconies had no furniture at all.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location, clean, friendly staff, well organised.
Cons: When it says on the advertisement 'free WiFi' I think it is a little misleading if it doesn't tell you that it is limited and if you need to use more than the very small amount, then you will need to pay through your nose for it.

Pros: amazing location, spacious, fully equiped apartament with great view. Nice gym for ladies. We did't take breakfast, it was more convenient to prepare food in the apt. Very good spot for all water sports. Wi-fi paid extra but very good.
Cons: swimming pool rather small. All gym classes paid extra
Okay 5,0
Pros: The location is great the front desk staff Luca and Rachael very helpful with local information and assistance. there a some nice restaurants to eat local best one to walk to was in Bay de Citron (Lemon Bay) Mamma Mia Italian restaurant but you must book.
Cons: The house keeping is dreadful we had to ask constantly to have our room clean and one day they left the door open all day as we had left early for a day trip. The restaurant food not so good, no pool service so no snacks or drinks by the pool. The rooms had a bad smell ( we had 2 rooms ) the lounges need cleaning in both rooms we had to put towels down to sit on them. Hilton has lost its standard.
Good 7,0
Pros: Location
Cons: If we needed to find something out, we had to explore it ourselves.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was great- close to shops and beach and train around island
Cons: There were a few homeless people down the bottom of hotter lurking at night.... creeped out kids.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful at all times.
Cons: A few minor maintenance issues - a few of the power points didn't work too well as well as the washing machine/dryer.
Good 6,0
Pros: Location was great and all the members of the staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The furniture is a bit old and there are a few things that need fixing. Not the quality you expect of a Hilton
Good 7,0
Pros: Breakfast excellent as was location
Cons: Towells taken when left on rails

Pros: Excellence customer service , attentive and caring to customers. Beautiful over water bungalow.
Cons: Overall it was a beautiful experience however internet should be free to paying customers , shower head in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. The buffet could of had more options or a la carte options. Over water bungalow a bit out dated , perhaps a renovation would benefit this beautiful place.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was amazing. They provided really good service and the location itself made the trip so great and enjoyable. It was a Christmas present for my partner and he enjoyed every minute of it. We swam with turtles, saw lots of animals including a dolphin while jetskiing! I will be back for sure :)
Cons: A small negative would be the buffet during the week. I know the weekend buffet is always better, in a sense that it provides more choices. The food itself was fine, it is just that being lactose intolerant limited the choices for me.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Amazing views Amazing room (on the water!!) But incredible amazing customer service!!!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Amazing location. We stayed in room 166 and were able to swim with so many turtles just off our steps. This made the trip! The staff were all friendly and boat trip which is part of the room rate a pleasant way to get there!
Cons: As other people have commented - the food options were limited and seemed overpriced even for New Caledonia. I couldn't eat the buffet dinner but as we only stayed one night we took some snacks from Noumea and made do. There was a tapas menu from 530 to 730 but we didn't investigate this.
Good 6,0
Pros: Clear water for snorkeling
Cons: Very little Food options

Pros: Great service, amazing location, in walking distances to all restaurants, bars and the beach at your doorstep. Comfortable bed, great views of the bay.
Good 7,0
Pros: Good hotel in a great location. Lots of shops around, beach right out front, no shortage of restaurants. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Very good wifi connection.
Cons: Wish they had at least one English TV channel. Even just CNN.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: For the price it was great. Staff were helpful and friendly and it is right on the Bay. Rooms are simple but clean. For this price in Noumea I think that is reasonable.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location, very clean rooms.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: When I first walked in, the hotel had a real “youth hostel” feel to it. But it was clean, comfortable and was in a great location. And you can’t beat the price!
Cons: Definitely no frills!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location, right at the beach, the room was cleaned everyday, staff was super friendly, especially the gentleman in his 20ies.
Cons: Staff forgot about our wake up call but luckily we woke up before it and didnt miss the airport bus. travel agency, not very helpful and interested in helping guests.
Good 6,0
Pros: the location was good.
Cons: not enough parking to park my car, no breakfast was offered or available. no international TV programs available only french and New Caledonian (all in french , even all movies are dubbed)

Excellent 10,0
Pros: We had a great studio room with large balcony. Kitchenette well equipped with kettle, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Any additional items such as tea towels and washing up liquid are supplied from reception. Plenty of pots and pans to cook a good meal. All the staff are terrific. Housekeeping is twice per week which suited us. If you need extra bathroom items, just ask and the ladies are eager to provide these for you. Well maintained property, the staff continually perform maintenance checks and tasks for continual improvement for guests. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to beach. Lemon bay is beautiful. The promenade walk takes you all the way around the headland to Anse Vata beach. 7 minute walk to Port Plaisance where you will find small shopping mall with Casino Supermarket, patisserie and across the road is a pharmacy. Bus stop at the end of the road - 2 minute walk, you can catch the No.3 to the main part of town for 300xpf. Overall a fabulous place to stay and a great location. Highly recommended.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9,0
Pros: This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this property - the location is superb, 2 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to supermarket. Whilst the apartment is small, it is adequate for our needs, offering a kitchenette which is a bonus.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was great for the area and staff were very friendly.
Cons: The only things i didnt like was I had to keep asking for fresh towels and toilet paper. Also there is a bar next door to this apartment block so if you're noise sensitive the weekend gets pretty loud.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: A self-contained unit within a short walk from the beach, restaurants, supermarket. Plenty of free parking around. Baie des Citrons and Anse Vata are lovely areas to stay to get into the holiday mood
Cons: Some annoyances: 1) being in a tropical climate, cockroaches running around on the floor once it got dark; 2) next door is a hostel with a bar/nightclub inside - drunk patrons yelling loudly heard each night 2am, 3am, 4am... 3) no English speaking channels on the telly
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location fantastic for the beach. Only about 3 mins walk.
Cons: Perhaps a couple more plates in the kitchen and a better cork screw!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Excellent location with the beach and cafes/pub/restaurants down the road. Even a snorkel spot as soon as you got to the beach. Clean and good facilities with a kitchenette in case you want to stay with a full size fridge.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was OK.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Good location -Nice and quiet area only about a minute walk down laneway to Lemon Bay -Nice beach for swimming and snorkling Close to bars and restaurants Public bus stops very close by Staff were helpful
Cons: Could have been a better mattress-Bit soft
Good 7,0
Pros: Yes! The facilites were fait provide and with a comfort
Cons: The parking mission has been a problem for me and Somme mosquitoes were around

Pros: You get what you pay for - great value for money. Not the most stylish and newest apartments, but spacious and the balcony makes the difference.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location, clean, perfect for what we needed.
Cons: No free Wifi - but thats sometimes a good thing ;-)
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great views, large balconies easy walk to everything
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Best location - so close to both Anse Vata beach and Baie des Citrones. Walked everywhere, had fantastic snorkelling directly across the road in Baie des Citrones. Apartment was large and spacious, and a/c in the bedroom was wonderful
Cons: No washing up liquid, so despite the well-equipped kitchen, I couldn't wash up, and no laundry liquid so despite the washing machine, I couldn't do a load of washing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was perfect with fantastic views of Anse Vata & surrounds. An excellent bonus was a very large balcony, with table & chairs and two sun lounges!! The apartment was located on the 13th floor and was very well furnished, including separate laundry with washing machine, & dishwasher in kitchen. Another bonus was a small epicerie where one could purchase all necessary items including baguettes, croissants, fruit, vegetables, and alcohol. A warning however is that rooms facing Baie de Citroens are subject to extreme noise from a nearby disco until 2am!!!!!!!
Poor 1,0
Pros: The only thing we as a family found good about this Hotel, was its location to the beaches.
Cons: The Hotel apartment was very tired, and the management very unaccommodating considering our stay of 12 nights. Very windy (11 Floor) so much so all doors and windows whistled all night, and even moved the balcony furniture. Noisy aircon unit, sockets falling off the walls, no smoke detectors, very limited utensils in the kitchen etc. etc. Our son ended up sleeping in our bed for the duration as the noise in the 2nd bedroom was so loud, and the fact that the local bars are extremely loud until 0300Hrs. The noise from the up stair apartments is terrible as not all are fitted with carpets. The swimming pool is a roof top pool, but not on the hotel. Its on the adjacent car park roof, and at the same height as the local restaurant extractor fans, allowing you to get the sweet aroma of all the various dishes before you plunge into the soup, sorry.. Pool. A request for even a downgrade change of room, to a quieter single bed apartment was denied. We reported the issues after the first night (Friday), and were put off until Monday for the management to offer a room on the second floor directly opposite the bars, and to pay for the cleaning service of the room..... They are obviously not interested in repeat customers!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Fantadtc location . Close to beaches and restaurants. Sensational view. Roomy balcony. Very spacious inside. I requested a room on a high floor away from noise and got it :)
Cons: For an apartment with cooking facilities, the set up is pretty limited. Fortunately I read reviews before coming so I brought everything I needed with me (eg salt, pepper, dishwasher powder, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, hair dryer). No housekeeping. Freugle with extra loo paper and garbage bags (had to ask at reception when out). Some lights not working and aircon broke down. No air conditioning in main living area (only in bedrooms). Property is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Pool wasn’t much - luckily beach is near by.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Good location especially if you have a car. Nice view from high floors. Nice and large balcony.
Cons: There's no wifi included and the hotel has quite limited noise insulation. Kitchen facilities was nice surprise, but of course nothing really amazing as the utilities are in hotel use.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Unprofessional staff. Room not as clean as should be. Uncomfortable beds. Requested late checkout and were pressured about leaving at normal time. Paid for late checkout but room key was disconnected. Phone call two minutes before check out telling us we should be out. A comedy of errors. Hopeless!
Okay 5,0
Pros: The coffee in the room was nice, and the room was clean.
Cons: Changing the date of my stay via booking.com was confusing and stressful. There was conflicting information from booking.com (which told me the hotel would not charge me for cancellation) while the hotel refused to waive the room charge for my booking on a different date. The change of date was forced upon me because my cruise ship changed its itinerary on 20 January 2020 (I had booked the hotel room for 2 February 2020 on 3 January 2020) and I needed to change my booking from 2 February 2020 to 31 January 2020 instead. All the conflicting information from booking.com and the hotel meant I was so stressed out for over a week, trying to figure out whether I would still be charged for the original night booked, and whether or not I needed to make a new booking for 31 January 2020. By the time the hotel confirmed that I had to make a new booking for 31 January 2020, the cheaper room rate I had for the original 2 February 2020 booking was gone and I had to pay a higher room rate. This is my first time using booking.com to book a room at this hotel and I think it will be my last. Also, having a room that faced the cathedral tower bell that chimed every 15 minutes wasn’t ideal. Light sleepers, be warned.
Good 7,9
Pros: Great location, nice rooms
Cons: Error in checking out invoice. It took 3 weeks and several messages to get a refund
Okay 5,0
Pros: The nespressomachine with really nice coffee. The fragrance of the soap. The clean snowwhite towels and bedlinen. Curtains that perfectly did their job. We took our breakfast elsewhere.
Cons: The airco was hopelessly loud oldfashioned and brutal. In the room it felt either far too hot or far too cold. So the system functioned according to its own rules. Frustrating ! The temperature in the corridors was at a constant level reaching the point of a bakery at rush hour; It felt more than 40 degrees Celsius.!!! The walls seemed of boardcarton. Interesting Asian conversation.and other sounds that made us unvoluntary witnesses. . Pillows were not the most comfortable ones ! Windows couldnt been opened. Just one foreign tv channel ; BBC news which in itself was a good choice ! Not too approachable desklady in the morningshift. Ants musquitos and flies on the mirrorwalls in the receptionspace.
Good 7,0
Pros: Normal for short stay
Cons: Position in the center of "old town" not good for vacations and for evening entertainment. At Sunday or in evenings this part of town is dead. Beaches are in the other part of Numea
Good 7,0
Pros: Location was excellent. Wifi was not working that well.
Cons: Not much that I did not like.
Poor 1,0
Pros: nothing
Cons: false advertising on booking.com

Pros: It was a great apartment /hotel with all the facilities we needed. It had a kitchenette with a full size fridge. It had a very nice breakfast at their sports bar and the staff were always smiling and very welcoming. The room was changed daily and we got fresh towels every day even though that was not expected. The room was very welcoming when we arrived with fresh flowers on the table .
Cons: The outlook of the room was not the greatest as we got a view of the carpark and hippodrome however we knew of that before arrival. The room was also a little bit noisy with traffic noise when we had the balcony doors open.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Had 2 nights at the Ramada before heading to the Grand Sud, then returned to Ramada for our final couple of nights. Rooms lovely, staff very helpful. Bar food basic but adequate - bar staff a mixture of great and sour. Final night had dinner up at the revolving restaurant - fantastic staff and great food, great view - well worth it! Ramada was the perfect start and end to a really fabulous NC experience.

Pros: Only the view towards the sea
Cons: We were charged more for our room on arrival then what we had booked for Hotel very tired & run down Badly in need of refurbishment /redecorating Very bad lighting Uncomfortable seating in lounge area & no cushions Loose toilet seat & toilet door stuck making it hard 2 open Very unhelpful management Shortage of hot water
Excellent 9,0
Pros: This hotel has a lovely location, beautiful water views from the balcony were a special treat in the evenings. It's a long way out of town though, with no nearby restaurants. This did not bother us as we had a car - you would definitely need transport - and it was beautifully quiet and private. We had an apartment so self-catered most of the time. We did not eat the hotel breakfast. The kitchen is adequate - there's a minimal number plates, glasses, pots, etc but adequate for two people. The apartment was large, on the first floor with perfect views across the water. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was abundant, and the wifi was pretty good. The apartment was serviced every second day, which was perfect.
Cons: Lighting could be better. In the living room there was good lighting at the kitchen end but none at all at the seating end - OK if all you want to do is watch TV but no good for reading. Lighting in the bedroom is not very good either. Some small cushions on the couch would have been nice - it was essentially an extra bed with a back, too broad to be comfortable for your back to sit on for any length of time. A toaster would be good for anglo residents' breakfasts!!
Okay 4,0
Pros: Amazing staff: friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs. Wonderful view overlooking the bay Residential neighbourhood Small Carrefour supermarket nearby (20mins walk) Tjibaou cultural center reasonably closeby (5 min drive)
Cons: Very noisy hotel: this is a hotel where locals people also live, not only tourists who visit the country/city - some of these people receive visits from friends and make noise all night - I had to sleep with earplugs the whole week; Overpriced for tourists, locals or workers get a discounted price according to the French leaflet left on the reception desk; Scraped paint, leaky tap, cracks in wall, damaged bed leg, balcony not flash, broken paving stones at the swimming pool...; Poor lighting - no bulb in lounge/bedroom ceiling No plugs near bed tables No usb sockets No unlimited wifi - you have to purchase as extra (2100F) Pool is not watched Cleaning every other day Restaurant is closed at dinner time, only open for breakfast Located too far from city centre if you are a pedestrian - please be aware of this: you will need to use the public transport or book a rental car (be aware that space in parking is not guaranteed, we had to park in street), no restaurant nearby In conclusion a very old-fashioned building, such a great potential but not enough money put in there to maintain the facilities !!! Shop around!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Fantastic location, not "in town" a bonus, lovely quiet not tourist neighbourhood. A short drive to excellent shops and brilliant restaurants. Staff were great. The apartments are very spacious and really well laid out and the kitchen etc had everything you could need. Each apartment have good balconies to sit on and enjoy the great views across the water. Small shop handy if you're caught short of basics, we didn't use it though, as there were plenty of shops not far away. You do need a car. Nice walk on the boardwalk in a park a short 5-10 minute walk away.
Cons: While the rooms were all modern and recently renovated, there does need to be some more work on maintenance, not cleaning that was fine, just a few things starting to come adrift through normal wear and tear. Car park fills up on the weekend, we parked down the street one night, no problems as its a residential area.
Okay 4,6
Pros: The view from the room is not bad.
Cons: I booked the transportation from the airport but no one was there. There was no apology from the hotel at all. There is no restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. It costs fortune to go to Nouméa city Centre by taxi. On Sunday and Monday, you have to go all way to Ansbata to find a restaurant coz Shops are closed in Nouméa. I would not go back to this hotel!
Good 6,7
Pros: Staff nice - great views from the room
Cons: Internet service poor, restaurant had closed down so dinner options limited. No PowerPoints near bed.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Location on waters edge and close to domestic airport.
Cons: Absolutely no drinking or eating facilities after breakfast time and very primitive self service for purchase of drinks or snacks. Could not understand why they could not use the excellent breakfast area overlooking the bay, as a bar for evening drinks?

Pros: Well placed
Cons: Nothing especially
Poor 1,0
Cons: Food was not looked after at the buffet. There were so many flies going into the food like it was normal!! There were people walking passed the buffet stealing food while we paid XPF$8000 each for it! As a guest, I was not given a discount until I found out at Reception that I should have been given 15%. It was still a lot of money! Given the circumstances, I don't think the staff really cared. The photos of the room did not depict reality. The balcony had cirgarette butts left unattended. The bathroom was not clean and flush wasn't working very well too. I will definitely not go back to this hotel.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very nice and tidy room. Stayed in pool view room, though the pool view was blocked off by a giant tree however still nice and comfortable stay
Cons: TV may require an update as could not view movies we had stored on usb. Took very long to load then ends up freexing the whole tv requiring restart by power switch
Okay 4,2
Pros: Location was great. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work properly- room was over 30 deg at night. Room was dirty as was bathroom. Lifts were out of action.
Good 7,0
Pros: Location was Great the WiFi was terrible as very limited and not working properly .. the rooms were very large but dated and needed a spruce up ... Ocean View and Balcony were great
Cons: no soap or amenities near the hand basin
Good 7,0
Pros: Loved the size of the premium room and the single bed layout worked for us. Great big bathroom and extra walk in wardrobe - all really helpful. Great location and also loved the fact that there were differing levels of accommodation available
Cons: That tour groups walk through the property - had an unfortunate experience when a man photographed my daughter sunbathing. Had to take his phone off him to delete the pics and he was very unpleasant to me when I did so. Asked to speak with hotel manager about this event - but despite three asks he didn't front up. Seems he thought my concerns were trivial. The hotel needs to better protect the privacy of paying guests and they also need to pay attention to customer feedback
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent with an excellent view of the sea.
Cons: All went well
Good 7,0
Pros: I did not have breakfast..My stay in the hotel did not include breakfast
Cons: It's a long walking distance, so I did not like coming to the reception to make a call or seek assistance when I have a problem in the room and need assistance from the reception. Could the room be provided with phone as well as drinking coffee mugs, .
Okay 4,7
Pros: location
Cons: Wifi doesn´t simply work; network is there but no chance to make the login into it
