Excellent 8,0
Pros: I was not a fan of the waffles it had a weird slimy sour taste. Although we were able to get more than one choice the portions were too small. The fried dumplings were like little buttons. The callaloo was excellent
Cons: I was generally satisfied. The menu needs variety especially dessert.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The breakfast was outstanding the kids loved the breakfast. the staff were very nice. The rooms were very clean and spacey. We will be going back very soon, I would recommend the Treehouse to anyone.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The room was eclectic and different.
Cons: Great weekend spent at the tree house, highly recommended.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I loved the cottage feel and the beach was phenomenal
Good 7,0
Pros: The location was brilliant, the sea a mere few yards away. The chef on the beach was full of personality and very engaging.
Cons: Wifi kept dropping off when in my room. The menu for room service needs to be more varied. The masseuse service was provided by a woman but there was no male masseuse if required.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My Entire stay was outstanding very courteous staff very attentive the ladies at the massage parlor was amazing Odette was very professional the rooms was immaculate I'll recommend this place anytime my favorite vacation spot in Negrill. STACY THE WAITRESS remember every detail about my request for breakfast!! Impressive Chef was on point!!!
Good 6,0
Pros: Location right on the beach
Cons: Windows don’t close and the sounds of the animals/bugs/birds keep you up all night long
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Clean rooms, great location right on the 7 mile beach. Food is great and staff is polite and very helpful
Excellent 10,0
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Amazing beach, great free breakfast, staff was amazing. Our room had a fridge/stove/microwave (many don't) and that was great. Big room, comfy bed, giant shower.
Cons: To get the (excellent) free breakfast and beach towels/lounge chairs, you have to wear an armband your whole stay - which makes you stand out as a tourist if you like venturing to town or off the beaten path. I felt like this made us a bigger target for locals who want to hassle you/sell you something/ask for money. So there's certainly a big trade off there.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Treehouse resort has it all! I would surely stay there again. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts full of options/ jamaican dishes, a very comfortable (albeit small) well-equipped room- and to my delight- an outdoor rope chair for each room. The bed was quite cozy and the room A/C as frigid as you'd want to make it! I thought I would be disappointed with a "garden view" room opposed to ocean view- but the garden and grounds are so lovely and well kept, it was like being in the jungle right next to the beach! I especially loved waking up to groomed sand and well-kept beach loungers that are set out each morning. The staff were friendly and not overbearing, however it is diffucult sometimes to know who actually works there vs. who "says" they work there...
Cons: I am not a well seasoned international traveler, with this being my first trip out of the US. Admittedly, it took me many days to acclimate to the Jamaican way of "sales". I am used to approaching someone/a business for a service when I'm interested in it, but here, as with all other places I visited in Negril, the service providers chronically approached me and I needed to interact and politely decline, each day. This went for taxi, massage services, the restaurant, the gift shop, etc.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Tree House is a lovely place on the most beautiful beach in Jamaica. The staff is welcoming and kind, without being pandering. The rooms clean and adequate. I loved the fact that the place is not all-inclusive. There are taxis always available and we had fantastic meals in Negril. Also, this is the best value on the island.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: tHIS IS OUR FOURTH STAY AND IT ONLY GETS BETTER. yOGA ON A PADDLEBOARD. jAMAICANS ARE THE BEST AND THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY jAMAICA IS STAYING AT THE tREEHOUSE. Very relaxing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I liked the Tree House because of the great customer service as well as the great beach front location.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: I liked the breakfast, the grounds are well maintained, staff are pleasant, resort is sizable, some amenities and activities are free including yoga and paddle boarding. Location is at the far end of the beach before the all inclusives start, so a little quieter than mid-beach.
Cons: I didn't like that Kayak.com did not allow any space to enter a preference about the room I wanted. Kayak.com needs to have a note space to enter requests/preferences about a reservation. I called Kayak.com afterwards to note the request on my reservation but (surprise!) the request was never received by the hotel. This was the second time but also the last time that I book with Kayak.

Pros: Breakfast was good, and food is affordable and having the pool open 24hrs is a plus for me. Everything was amazing.
Cons: The fact that I book online and given a total after reaching the hotel I was charge more than what I have in mind which I think is misleading and I never get an itemize bill.

Pros: Everything
Cons: When it rained the walk way flooded
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location is very nice. The workers are very very friendly and nice .Special shout out for the front worker Naresh he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to the people at the kitchen side they were really awesome. I loved my breakfast every morning. Overall it was an amazing experience. The house keeper was amazing , kept our room very clean. I will definitely come back.

Excellent 8,2
Pros: Loved how convenient hospitality was and the beach space was perfect. The food was phenomenal! Staff was always friendly and accommodating.

Excellent 9,7
Cons: Some staffs wear a little weird especially in the towel section at the beach.

Pros: Helpful staff throughout facility. Good restaurant with great breakfast discount. Beautiful grounds with 2 swimming pools and a large jacuzzi Beautiful beach, Coco does it right! Our third trip to Jamaica and our first stay at Coco. Would go again and recommend to friends,
Cons: Our safe had a glitch, but was taken care of QUICKLY. Small problems can become really irritating when they are not dealt with promptly. But our problem was addressed within the hour twice. More like a half hour. Thank you!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was wonderful. The atmosphere is safe and secure. The grounds are beautiful and it is right on 7-Mile Beach.
Cons: The food could have had more local flavor. The veggie pizza had cabbage and carrots, not something that I would expect on a vegetable pizza.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the location, the hot tub, the super friendly staff, the beach, the newly renovated room, manager's cocktail party. We walked the whole beach and did not see a nicer looking place that wasn't an all-inclusive. Loved out stay and happy we booked here.
Cons: The food and drinks were a little expensive but not way off from other places on the beach.

Cons: Updated water gear, like paddleboards, snorkels, floats...
Excellent 10,0
Pros: location, beachfront, clean
Cons: wifi weak, but no biggie
Good 7,0
Pros: Very friendly staff, and they made us feel welcome right away. The beach is marvellous, although quite some hustlers walking around, beware! Great to be able to use kayak, standup paddle, sport complex of couples swept away hotel, etc, .. but for this price, you can get absolutely better value for money elsewhere!
Cons: Price/quality
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We liked to location of our room to the beach. The staff was very friendly. The little restaurant was pretty good but we cooked breakfast in our room and then ate lunch and dinner out at other restaurants.
Cons: Staff are up early and making noise outside which caused us to be woken up early.

Pros: The front desk lady was awesome. great customer service. The kitchen lady very polite and friendly. The ground staff and cleaning staff were all great.
Cons: The meals could be better the lunch we had was not as expected
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Good
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Pool, grounds upkeep, manager's demeanor, all staff's pleasant disposition. Nice location with all the amenities for a four star stay. Very clean an observing covid rules.
Cons: Each of the staff members were pleasant, kind and hospitable. They were quick to answer concerns and gave solutions. Our first room 104 was standard to my daughter and I and a bit small. When we requested an upgrade, it was quickly met and at no additional cost. They assisted with an almost immediate room change. We were upgraded to what the receptionist thought would be suitable, the honeymoon suite room 215. It was suitable and what we expected. The rooms, both, were very clean and smelled fresh. Filled with sufficient towels and toiletries for us both. The room was cleaned daily. The linen was of good quality and properly laid. The dining room was run in great observation to covid and pre-order and room dining was offered. We dined in observation in the dining hall an in the room. Suzanne was very professional and kind. The facility was properly maintained. Filled with lots of greenery. The gym was open and clean. Equiped with sufficient machine to get a workout accomplished. The manager was always available. She extended great hospitality and listened to all request, chips late at night and all concerns. Recommended for a stay and we will be back!
Okay 5,0
Pros: The breakfast was okay though without much varieties. The location is good too but the hotel need to upgrade in their facilities.
Cons: More facilities and activities that would make it lively and fun.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: This property was really nice. I must say the room is very modern and clean unlike some of the other hotels I have been to on the beach road. It has a shower separate from the tub. It has a lovely double sink. I stayed on the ocean view side it was great because you have a walk out patio that you can have dinner or breakfast served at while enjoying the view of the ocean. The staff was great however I had one request which I do not think was hard to fulfill they said they would get in touch with me but no one ever did. Overall it’s a very nice place the location is great and convenient to pretty much everything you are looking for in Negril.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The fact the beach was literally in our backyard. Easily accessible and the staff was absolutely perfect. We didn't have breakfast but we had dinner there all four nights and it was wonderful. The chef truly out done themselves. Very delicious. Rohan Robinson the reservationist at the hotel was absolutely perfect. Truly a wonderful human being. Before I even arrived to Jamaica he upgraded my room, made reservations for us for dinner in Montego Bay, made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Even arranged pick up for us from the airport in Montego Bay. Just did it all. He was the best part about Sandy Haven Resort
Cons: The gym most of the equipment wasn't working or broken so wasn't able to do much but that's about it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfortable setting
Cons: Very clean
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The overall experience very welcoming.
Cons: The property was beautiful I really made the right choice for my honeymoon.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything....very relaxing and completely what I am accustomed to
Cons: Bar doesn't open till 10am
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Relatively new property. Modern amenities. Large room. Big balcony. Renovated. Great beach bar Restaurant was great! Personalized welcome. Great location on 7 mile.
Cons: Room could use more cleaning (floorboards and walls in our room needed a bit of love). Still not nearly as bad as other properties we've stayed in Negril. However, as a "luxury boutique" a few cleanliness matters should be addressed (at least for room 232.) "Oceanview" was just a partial view of the ocean. This could be better explained in the description. I booked "superior oceanview" not "superior *partial* oceanview."
Good 6,5
Pros: the location was great! Right on the beach in the heart of Negril's 7-mile beach. There is a place to rent bikes/scooters right across the street and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: unfortunately, the staff was really bad. Very poor customer service, not friendly, and at times down-right rude. It really detracted from our stay and we would not return to this resort as a result. We would try one of the dozens of other hotels nearby, which are comparable in cost.
Okay 4,5
Pros: good location, rooms
Cons: continental bfast (included on daily price) was 4 cold toasts two pieces of butter and jelly and thats all! reception staff extremely slow and not helpful with tourist info, room was not available upon check in, when asked how could i join a sailboat cruise the recepcionist simply stated "i dont know"..restaurant service was very poor and unfortunately the beer was never cold enough... thats it. not a good experience for the price ($300 a night!)

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The food, facilities and staff were amazing!
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The beach (although that is hardly something the hotel can take credit for). The fact there are lots of adorable stray kittens on the property who, for the most part, look well cared for. Room service was good, the bedrooms are the only part of the property they could keep clean - housekeeping in general seemed to be most competent staff in the place.
Cons: Maybe this hotel was nice a few years ago, but these days saying it is tired would be an understatment. The restaurants, whilst they try to look smart are something of a by-gone era. The food is average save for the breakfast (which was terrible). Some staff excel but the majority are disinterested and judging by the crowd this place attracts, I can see why. The people may have been the worst part of the experience, if you have ever seen the UK TV show "Benidorm", it might help you decide if this place is for you. More importantly, the hotel was filthy. We never saw a single person cleaning the exterior areas and the sunloungers were so grotty we actually bought disinfectant and cleaned them ourselves. Our room, whilst clean (the housekeepers were good) was a hut with no glass, so you could hear the villa underneath take a shower and much much more. Overall, I am gutted I spent so much money staying here. The price does not match the property and if wasn't for the kittens and beautiful beach, I probably would have checked out as soon as I arrived.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location was great! Room was always cleaned to a high standard ( thanks Allison). Staff in general were attentive and friendly barring a few. Thanks to Nicoy for his drink service beachside (ur a legend mate!). Couples Swept away definitely operate at a high standard and was worth every pound!
Cons: It would have lovely to have more jamaican dishes on the menu. Having said that the ladies in the Palm restaurant delivered exceptional service (Georgia Jennifer , Ashley and Leanne) thanks ladies for the laughs too! Our spa experience was great but it would have been lovely to have more treatment options available
Excellent 10,0
Pros: All inclusive done right. Seriously Great food, easy going staff and laid back Jamaican atmosphere is on point.
Good 7,1
Pros: Food, beach, and customer service were top notch!!
Cons: There is VERY limited nightlife here. Property appears to cater more to the over 50 crowd. Also, there was a definite lack of “cultural diversity” among the guests.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything, food and staff were amazing, beach is wonderful, vibe and energy are on point, loved all the beach cats, easy to navigate the property, one love
Cons: Can be difficult to make reservations for water sports and dinner
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great sea, beach, a very good service, a big choice of breakfast
Cons: I would have expected more choice of fish / seafood as we are on island
Excellent 10,0
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Awesome entertainment committee headed by Carlos and his crew-Richard, Matthew, Adam, Alexis, Shanice and Antoinette. Played volleyball everyday catamaran sunset cruises and piano bar and dancing the night away everyday. Came home refreshed!
Cons: Food was so-so. Breakfast buffet at The Palms smelled ok but never tasted good. Best meals were at Feathers and Lemongrass-shrimp pad Thai was my favorite, however it was not spicy at all.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Just returned from a visit 4/1-4/6/17 and were thoroughly impressed with the resort. Food was way better than other resorts, and the grounds are spread out enough that it never felt crowded. Always was able to find a beach chair in the shade, even when we got to the beach at 11 am. Always found a seat at one of the bars, hardly waited for drinks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had the atrium suite and didn't miss the tv at all. Beach is raked every night and the grounds are meticulously kept. Already planning to go back!
Cons: Food at the cabana and sea grape took a little long to get. I can't even believe I'm complaining about this.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This is one of the best resorts I've ever been in. The food was delicious, the alcohol was yummy & unlimited, the staff was great & very friendly, and the experiences unforgettable. This is a great resort for couples. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays and honeymoon. The staff made all of these occasions unforgettable. We especially liked the free tennis lessons, snorkeling, catamaran ride, piano bar, beach party and day and night events (music bands, bonfire, mixology class, couple massage class, etc).
Cons: The only major issue we had was with the plumbing in our room, especially with the toilet, but it was fixed immediately.

Pros: Excellent location and the staff was fabulous!
Cons: The food was over priced and they ran out of offerings that are on the menu mire than once.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Food and the people working there
Cons: It doesnt have a gym
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Everything with the resort was above and beyond.
Cons: A group with yeti cups.... free booze coming from a villa. Took over, inconsiderate to paying quests. Rude and disrespectful to staff recommendations for getting their free food. To allow space for us paying guests.

Pros: Comfortable bed, lovely grounds, friendly staff, white sand beach, warm, aqua waters. Room with a view of the ocean. Sunsets were gorgeous every night (we even saw the “green flash” twice!). Delicious jerk chicken at close by restaurants. The Cliff’s are 15 to 20 minutes away. Many beautiful views, bars and excellent restaurants, such as the Rock House, Push Cart and Catch a Rising Star. The bartenders, DelRoy and Ritchie, were attentive and engaging. Music from neighboring bar was fun to listen to on the beach during the day. They have a security man who stops traffic and watches us safely across the street. That is helpful since Jamaicans drive on the opposite side of the road then we do.
Cons: The breakfast eggs were over done. Music from neighboring bar kept me up. They charge a nominal fee for the safe key. I would expect it to come with the room. The towels are small and thin.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Rondel is the best place to stay along the beach. It has the amenities I want - chairs and a fun bar on the beach. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The location is convenient as well. But the staff - Delroy, Donovan, Karl, Johno, Oman, all of the wait staff, cleaners and front desk staff are what sets Rondel apart from the rest!

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Love the garden setting, pristine beach, attentive beach security guy, flexible front staff, clean pool and game area, great value for money. More to like than not. Our go to place whenever we are in Negril.
Cons: King bed could use a proper mattress and decor could be updated
Good 6,0
Pros: I loved the location and the staff. I was close to everything and the staff was very nice.
Cons: My room was consistently invaded by large roaches/bugs and lizards. I didn't sleep well most nights as a result.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Front desk workers extremly pleasant and all other staff. Owners were also very engaged and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back

Pros: Great
Cons: Everything
Excellent 8,0
Pros: For those who only desire to read high-level pointers, here you go: ⁉️No Televisions ✅Solution, bring your tablet or laptop and stream as the WiFi service is very good. ⁉️No room phones ✅Solution, communicate w/ Guard or bar staff if on beach side. They are very good at getting information to the front desk as needed. ⁉️No beach towels ✅Solution, bring your own or purchase from the myriad of vendors on the beach. ⁉️No dinner Mon - Thurs ✅Solution, there are plenty of other restaurants a short walk along the beach in either direction from which you can purchase a delicious dinner. My fav has been Roots Bamboo because of the live entertainment. ✅DO: Bring or purchase mosquito repellant before arrival if you plan to be outside. ✅DO: enjoy the “Jamaican Breakfast” from the bar on the beach side ~ $12 USD ✅DO: Opt to upgrade getting a room on the beach-side when booking. Though the garden side is a short walk away, you have to cross a busy street and at night that could intimidate some. If you aren’t scared, either side works! ✅DO: Bring your own toiletries including lotion, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and shower cap. If you forget, there’s a yellow shop called “The Sweet Spot” 13 minutes walk up the road. If you’re on the beach-side, it’s to your right. If on the garden side, it’s to your left. Very affordable with friendly owners. You can also grab alcohol, snacks and juices from the shop. Detailed Review: White Sands Negril is a comfortable and convenient boutique hotel a few short miles from a Royalton and Sandals Negril. Besides the friendly and accommodating staff, another great benefit is the small private beach available for use by guests. It’s peaceful, romantic and relaxing. ...
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The property was very well located, on the beach. It had a lot of amenities, like pool, pool table, ping pong table, bar, sun beds, lifeguard, restaurant on the beach with a top deck. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was great!!!
Cons: Don’t get food charged to your room, they charge 13% extra compared to if you pay for meals or drinks as you get them.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: big clean rooms with comfy beds.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the staff at white sands is really what always makes my stay an absolute pleasure. Extremely accommodating and friendly.... tony and Paul down at the bar are great and keep the red stripe nice and cold. Beautiful beachfront lounging, clean and comfortable rooms and great overall experience
Good 7,7
Pros: Love Ella at the front desk, majority of the staff were friendly. One part of the hotel on the beach the other side is not. Twin beds in rooms with air conditioning, micro fridge and hot water. There are no televisions in the rooms. Excellent wifi strength throughout the entire property. Bed and linen was clean and comfortable. Worth the cost of the stay.
Cons: The cafe on site was not good and the staff was not certain on the currency exchange rates and could've been more manner able. Older property but kept nicely. Warm-hot water in bathroom but pressure varied. No form of entertainment on site. Security was not always present on both sides or property.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our concierge staff Member lucine. LUCINE helped us arrange our activities and plans.
Cons: More gourmet Jamaican cultural dishes or fusion
Good 7,1
Pros: Great location, beach is beautiful.
Cons: Resort Felt tired needing a lick of paint or good clean in places - particularly around water park. Dirty sun beds yet sandals further up the beach had soft bmats for sun beds which we didn’t. Customer service not great. We had a small problem with room and it took 3 days and 4 requests to get it resolved. Also (minor point) the booking advising premium drinks provided in the in-room bar. With 2 small children we have to get them to bed early and it’s nice to relax with a drink. The hotel refused to honour this and only provided very cheap local drinks. We had to go to main bar to get decent drinks. Food not that great and it became a running joke if we would get drink or food we ordered as at least 50% of the time it was not what we ordered. It’s not a cheap place to stay and didn’t feel value for money. We stayed at beaches Turks and Caicos last year - if you want our advice, pay the extra and go there! Sadly we will not return to beaches Negril nor recommend it to anyone we know.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Chippewa met my every expectation and more. It was private, secluded and safe. Right across the street from 7 Mile Beach. The grounds are adorable, the buildings are quaint and picturesque, I loved watching the mist in the morning rising over the Great Morass with the mountains in the background, beyond magnificent. John the owner is most helpful and knowledgeable about Negril, Nadine and Steve look after the grounds and buildings, they are very polite and meet your every needs. There are birds, hummingbirds, geckos, Chippewa Village is a treasure, I will soon come back.
Cons: Nothing at all I loved it.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was great and the design of the cottages nice. Peacefull and natural yard area. John the owner and the staff was nice too.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It is in this place that everyone who going to Negril should to live. Indie yurts, bamboo trails, fantastic experience! John is friendly, hospitable, accurate, and bakes delicious cakes. Everything in this place is perfect - location, sensation, the warmth with which the place was built. Highly recommend it! Separate hugs of the Princess
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: neben best in the west
Cons: too expensive for this run down complex
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was very ‘rustic’ and the stairs up to the penthouse were quite rickety ...... however once we had been there a couple of days we loved it . It was clean, the shower was powerful and always hot, two big cooling fans and air con fridge and cooker. It was quiet with beautiful views to the hills and as we were upstairs it felt like we were up in the trees. We would deffo stay again.

Good 7,0
Pros: Very spacious rooms. Clean beach area. Friendly staff. Shout out for Winsome’s massage.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Location
Cons: Broken beach chairs, no beach towels, lack of beach chairs, broken and falling apart stairs, no free coffee or water if you are not in the all inclusive, air conditioner worked 10 minutes at a time. No ice machine. Other guests complained about no hot water, rooms not ready when they arrived. Very disorganized
Good 7,5
Pros: Room was clean, staff was friendly, beach was great. Location is great, I enjoyed my stay, except breakfast.
Cons: There wasn't enough food brought at breakfast. If you weren't first in line then you didn't really get anything or what was made would come out at different times, so you might get eggs but 20 minutes later you would get bacon. Coffee was not ready till 730 except for my last day it was done by 630 then. So the property was okay. my toilet was not screwed to the floor so if you don't pay attention sooner or later it will break and sink is not sealed to counter either. You need to organize breakfast better. Nothing worse at breakfast time then to watch others eat well you wait for more to be cooked after you already waited half hr for breakfast that was suppose to be out at 8 and never came out till 830. My last Two days I ate else where. When I stayed in 2017 it was not like this, we paid there for our meals not before but there was enough for everyone plus for people who hadn't prepaid.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The staff was great. They are the reason I would go back.
Cons: The overall accommodations were a little dated, but adequate.
Excellent 8,3
Cons: The WiFi connection was horrible. I tired to get some work done while I was there and it was impossible.
