Pros: Everything just perfect!

Cons: Classic hotel needing to freshen up. Dusty carpets and smell of dust in the corridors and room. Basins extremely small. We checked in very early (2pm) but got a room at top floor, with a terrible view. When I asked for a different room, I was told that there were no rooms available. Later in the evening a different person changed us to a different room with no carpet (wooden floor).

Pros: The bathroom, the breakfast room, the position with overlooking the water.

Pros: Good old-style hotel just in the centrum of the town. Very polite staff, nice atmosphere, very good breakfast in a nice room. Basic room equipment, good safety box, minibar.

Cons: The garage was good, even little bit complicated to find it. However, good information painted on the ground helped. We would have liked to use the gym, but it was completely closed from Saturday 2 pm to Sunday 3 pm. So, during a stay from Saturday to Sunday you cannot use the gym.

Pros: Close to train and busstation as well as 5 min walk to city. Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Pros: The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is close to city center (walking distance). The breakfast was very good, tasty and a lot of choices. No private parking available, but you can park on the streets around the hotel for a fee.

Cons: We traveled a lot with a dog, and again the room with the dog was worn out and uncomfortable. especially the floor was really worn. We hope to have good quality when we travel and it is a pity that we always get poor rooms with the dog, even though our own dog is trained and has never broken anything and always has her own sleeping pad. extra pay Ford dog wsd25 euroa, which was high taking account the quality of the room. In addition, the smoking area was just in front of our window and all the smell came into the room.

Pros: Breakfast was great, good variety, The location was ideal for us, half way up the hill to the walk up the hill to see the midnight sunset.

Pros: It was very good to be able to arrive very late at night and be welcomed, even just befor midnight. The breakfast was fantastic and the general ambience was nice. I also liked the free coffee in the reception area.

Pros: It was great to be able to borrow bicyles from the hotel and see more of the town. The staff were very friendly (especially the young lady who was in reception the day we arrived) and breakfast was very good too.

Cons: It would have been great if there was a swimming pool, in addition to the sauna. Also, it would be great if the sauna could be shared by couples.

Pros: The room was modern and clean. The location could not have been any better. Easy to access and everything was close by. Breakfast exceeded our expectations! It included everything you would want for a breakfast, and even more. They had the best scrumbled eggs.

Cons: Their breakfast tea collection didn't include rooibos tea, though you could find it from the lounge area. We were very happy with everything else.

Cons: Only thing is that the guys working in the bar have to learn not to touch upper part of the glass with your hands. We have to put our mouth there so we can drink. This ia not most hygienic thing to do.

Pros: The cabin was well equipped and comfortable but a little squeezy by allowing for sleeping 5 in 2 bunk beds in a smallish space that was also the kitchen & living/dining area. There was public transport not far away.

Cons: The only annoying factor was the distance I had to drag my luggage through the snow from the reception area to the cabin. Of course this would only be in winter. I was also bitten by something during the night that resulted in huge welts for a week.

Pros: Location was great, the site is right along the Lule river and features a beach. Interesting history of the surrounding land and village, old ruins to walk through.

Cons: The information on your site was incredibly incorrect which made our stay extremely frustrating. The internet, which we paid for, did not work in our cabin and there were several other issues.

Pros: Nearly nothing, except breakfast was ok. You could order a taxi at the touch of a button without having to speak to anyone from staff.

Cons: Rooms too small, hotel was too loud, they had booked for some school classes with up to 4 kids per adjacent room and they were very loud and noisy all over the hotel. Staff was partially incompetent (not all of them) as one of the ladies couldn’t tell me how can I reach the reception desk from the phone in the room! TV choice very limited mainly to swedish stations and BBC! I asked for house shoes (slippers) and they dis not even have any! (and it is supposed to be a 4* rated hotel!).

Pros: I already knew.. this is a hotel not in the center.. its outside of the city.. but it's perfect for dog-lovers and bird-watchers.. The best taco bufé i've eaten in a long time, five stars for that

Cons: It's more of a motel than a hotel. My room was very dated, the curtains were poor at keeping out the light where there is 20hours sunlight in summer. At almost 200 euro a night it was overpriced for what i got so poor value

Cons: There was a manor renovation in the house starting on the third day. Nothing disturbing during my stay since I wasn't in the room during the days (and this is obviously only something temporary). But some information when checking in would have been nice.

Cons: Upon arrival we didn't have any pillows, second blanket, toilet paper or second glass. Gave the list to the staff. We didn't get an apology but we did get the stuff delivered to our door...except one pillow still missing. Told this to the staff right away but guess he didn't understand, no pillow for like 15 mins. We left our room 5 mins before the reception was closed so we could ask for the pillow again. Well, the reception was already closed. We texted them and coming back a couple hours later the pillow was waiting for us.

Pros: The location is about 5 mins' walk from Lulea's main shopping area. My room was very comfortable, but rather small. The buffet-style breakfast was good, with a fairly good choice of food and drinks. The hotel appears to be family-run, and everyone who worked there was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again.

Cons: There was no kettle in the room, so if I wanted a hot drink, I had to go upstairs. It wasn't a big issue, though.

Pros: The breakfast was great and there were plenty of options. The hotel staff were flexible and fixed our many wishes and we received very personal service. The room and the toilet and shower facilities were larger than the standard hotel room. Although the room's decor was a bit old-fashioned, it was cozy. The size of the living quarters was a huge plus. Saturday night at the hotel restaurant was the Grill buffet which was awesome.

Cons: I booked my room, recieved my confirmation and pin the day prior and when I got there no one was working the desk to give me a room that was booked. The pin to get in did not work and I had to wait outside for at least 45 mins until I finally got someone from security on the phone for a room that was different from what I booked. Apparently, they give you a pin to get in the door and leave your key on the desk for your room. My pin did not work and there was no room key available at the desk.
