We rented an electric car that was only charged to 50%, so we had to stop in the middle of the trip to charge even though it was supposed to be fully charged when we picked it up. Finding a compatible charging station outside the city was incredibly difficult and cost us at least a few hours worth of searching.

I received a crashed car I received a smaller car category that reservation Empty water bottle in the car Customer service poor. I called few times and no answer I lost a day driving to a different location to get a proper car… Very bad

The pickup in Paris was rough. There was no pre-inspection done so I had to take video and send to Sixt but they never confirmed receipt of the video. The attendant was overwhelmed and I had to go to a parking garage 2 blocks away and navigate my way to the car, get it out, come and pick up my family on a very busy street, all with little detailed instructions. The attendant was not there when I came to pickup my family who were waiting at the Sixt kiosk on the busy street...it was a fiasco. After that though the car was great and our 30 days with it through Europe was a blast. The drop off at FCO in Rome went well, as far as I know.

I was disappointed that my car was 3/4 filled when I got it. the check in people told me it was full , the car pick up guy told me it was 3/4. I was told to take pictures and I did. Returning it , it's impossible to fill just 3/4 tank , so I had to full a full tank. Very disappointed !!! I returned after hours since they closed at 1pm. I overpaid!!!
