Pros: Breakfast was good.

Cons: Room given was not as per the details Mentioned. Balcony was not given. Charged extra money and weren’t ready to make refund of the excess paid. Didn’t clean the room next day inspite of requesting for cleaning. Very slow customer service.

Pros: Ski-in, ski out.

Cons: There's a charge even for borrowing a bathrobe or for room service. There were some issues which were solved less smoothly than they could have been. Not appropriate at this price level. Room cleaning did not happen at all on one day - received no apologies, merely an acknowledgement!

Pros: Nice breakfast, cosy rooms

Cons: Be careful, some of the rooms have a much worse view then the pictures stipulate. The reception is not friendly and does not deliver agreed room repair work, even after a second reminder. Furthermore if you like the car brand Porsche, this is your place, it's everywhere advertised. If you are more for the nature, you might not be that happy.

Pros: The hotel is very nice indeed (apart from the glowing moose head figures... you have to see them). Very clean, excellent breakfast & dinner i.e. food (even though very gew guests during the summer), excellent view (when room facing the slopes), nice staff. Location good, apart that since it's not season the gondol lift closed early in the night. We actually ended up staying for a third night - Levi really is an excellent place even during the summer!

Cons: No (good) A/C (although probably not a huge problem...), very poor level of certain services, considering the level of the hotel (e.g. no toiletries etc.), some problems with how it's made (not enough room to put towels to dry etc.). However will most likely be even more excellent once they really get going; get one full season etc.

Pros: Beautiful location. Good food.

Cons: Some slight teething problems like no hot water one night, and internet being only available in the lobby, but I am sure this could be a great hotel.

Pros: Very good rate for my stay (maybe discount during summer). Nice restaurant, tried reindeer, food is a bit salty for us. Staff is very nice and helpful. A big plus for us because we saw mid-night sun just outside the hotel !!!

Pros: Excellent location, the polite staff, very pleasant design in numbers and recreation zones. A good various breakfast. The big and convenient ski storage room with an exit directly on slopes. The only thing small inconvenience for us consisted in that the restaurant at hotel operates up to 6 pm, and having dinner at Levi centre it was necessary to be in time before closing Express-lift at 7pm. However during a season the lift operates up to11pm.

Pros: The staff is excellent. They always provided helpful information and at the end they decided not to charge us at all for the parking. There is free internet in the room. The breakfast was very good and varied enough. The rooms are very nice and clean. Also very quiet. The TV is set to a specific sound limit which is loud enough to hear everything and it will not wake you up in the night if your neighbour decides to watch it. Everything is within walking distance (supermarket, a free parking - the hotel parking is in the basement and it costs 10 E/day -, restaurants and bars, a karaoke and a swimming pool, gas stations, info office).

Cons: - the light in the balcony cannot be switched off. Even with the curtains drawn, light still filters in the room. It's not a major thing, unless you need total darkness to be able to sleep. There were no toiletries in the bathroom (cream, cotton pads, soap, etc). No room actually has toiletries. The cleaning staff did not make the beds.

Pros: Very good home-made mulled wine at the hotel bar. Reindeer farm just behind the hotel - from some rooms possible to see reindeers from the room balcony. Good herrings for breakfast. Quiet location - good for long sleeping. A tourist office where you can book excursions is right next to the hotel. Walking distance to town center.

Cons: The rooms have soap, but they don’t have any extra cosmetics (lotions, conditioners) or cotton pads.

Pros: Good food, very good breakfast. Own sauna was excellent. The staff was very helpful. You could borrow skiing equipment from the hotel.

Pros: We booked a skiing holiday in February and found the additional services provided by the hotel excellent. Free ski/boot storage lockers, free use of sledges to drag all the equipment to the slopes. Also free internet was very useful. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the airport bus, ski bus, shops and ski slopes and booking excursions at the tourist info office. The reindeer enclosure was another bonus. Rooms were comfortable with a sauna and excellent drying cabinet.

Pros: Clean, warm and spacious room with private sauna, good location and great resort. Cross country skiis available free of charge.

Pros: Rooms were great, split level with 2 single beds on each level, large with plenty of room. Balcony was great to sit outside to take in the view. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious. Actually one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a while. That and the rate was very attractive too. I would have no hesitations in going back or recommending to anyone.

Pros: Great location. Loved our family room with sauna. Severeal onsite restaurants.

Cons: The food was really rank. The breakfast buffet was somewhat ok (2 kinds of eggs, no bacon). The dinner buffet offered a pasta dish with hardened pasta, a cooked salmon that tasted very fishy and just one more dish. The french fries saved it. Poor service at both meals.

Pros: Location -- bus from the airport brings you right to their parking lot for 5 Euros. Easy walk into "town" and to the ski slopes. Partnership with restaurants for 10% off meals. Shared balconies with great views. Large, marble bathrooms with tub and shower (at least in my single room). Regular hand-held hair dryer, rather than the kind that's permanently attached to the wall. Large cocktail bar area with a good selection of fresh snacks, sandwiches and sweets. Self-serve luggage storage area for early arrivals.

Cons: Room was a little outdated and dreary. Only one elevator for a large hotel with 4 floors and a basement.

Pros: Overall a very delicious breakfast in a big but cozy room under the roof, and it was very nice how the offered items changed from day to day with different fruit, cake, juices, etc. The hotel's staff was mostly very friendly and helpful, our room comfy and we liked the different restaurant options - e.g. dinner in "Ämmilä" was delicious! The hotel is also so close by the city center and the ski resort, that we would definitely recommend it. Skibussi & airport bus stop in front of the house.

Cons: The men's sauna was not heated up properly during our stay, while the women's sauna was nicely hot. The jacuzzi could be a bit warmer to relax your muscles after skiing (as there is already an ice-cold water pool next to it for after the sauna visit). And more gluten-free options during breakfast would be a plus.

Cons: The spa was not worth the money. The water in all the pools, including the whirlpools, was quite cold. We only used it once for our entire stay. Breakfast was nothing special and the breakfast room was just a huge room to get a lot of people in and out quickly.
