Pros: The Inn is situated in a somewhat industrial area. However it is quiet and convenient to the highway. The staff was knowledgable, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The buffet breakfast was standard. Swimming pool and slide looked inviting.

Breakfast was great with plenty of choice including sausage patties, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, various fruit and cereals, waffle maker, bagels, toast, muffins, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a nice size. Bathroom was spotless and had a nice big shower.

Cons: No dogs allowed - I usually travel with one of my dogs and it would be nice to be able to stay here again. Just a suggestion....bars of soap are not environmentally friendly - I've never yet used a full bar of soap in any overnight stay and always feel guilty leaving it behind half used. We spent the previous 4 weeks travelling around Ireland and many hotels and B&Bs there had soap dispensers both for hand soap and also in the showers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Much better for the environment.

Cons: A bit noisy the first night with kiddies above us. The fridge smelled AWEFUL-someone in the past had obviously stored marijuana in it!!! Also miss the "Breakfast on the Run" bags as we often just grabbed one on our way out instead of a long sit-down breakfast. The front desk attendant did make us up one though.

Pros: The location of being in the middle of downtown made you want to go for a walk, specially to the pub a few doors down. The lobby still has the old world feeling, the breakfast was pretty good and the service was great.

Cons: The restaurant in the hotel was not open as it was changing operators even though it was open for breakfast. Also a number of businesses on the street were closed or going through changes. It felt like the area was struggling to stay alive.

Cons: Unfortunately the area seems to e a haven for addicts and the homeless. Our rental car was va ndalized and important items were stolen (our fault for leaving something in the car), but we parked in an approved area and still were hit. Lovely and helpful staff, but I cannot recommend staying here.

Cons: The street parking was a bit sketchy in that part of town and we had a lot of stuff in our car that we didn’t want to carry up 3 flights of stairs.

Cons: Unfortunately the local and provincial governments are not dealing with the homeless problem here, most centered downtown where the hotel is. Shame on BC government who shifted these poor folks to this location in the first place!!

Pros: Fantastic gem! We are real critical on accomodation but the people and facilities in this place are far above standard. Well thouhgt about details. No plastic and other waste with brackfast but metal and real plates. In bathrooms no small plastic bottles but the big ones which will be filled afterwards. Like the olace, very comfi beds and pillows, good space in the rooms.

Cons: The atrium is so nice, the only thing is in the evening when it’s an almost dark place, no coasy atmosphere just low lights on a few spots around.

Pros: Booked 1 night and got stranded for the 2nd. Had a room overlooking the atrium. It was awesome.The pool and hottub were very relaxing. Loved the morning breakfast. Meals in the Embassy restaurant and the musical drop-in were very nice.

Cons: The restaurant is sub-standard compared to previous visits. Since the hotel changed from the Rainbow Country Inn to the SureStay, they closed the main dining area for dinner and now use the bar (lounge) and games room. It was noisy and redneck and the meal was actually pretty poor. The servers were far more suited for beer slinging than recommending wine pairs but that's the clientele they're now catering to. I'd recommend staying at the hotel anytime - the atrium and pool area sold us the first time and we've stayed there about ten times over the years. But, if you're looking for a good dinner in a better-than-bar atmosphere, you're best to find something off the site.

The main entrance and the rooms are working with code locks, which are really a pain in the a**, because you will simply not see the digits except you are going to your knees to push the buttons...

Cons: Room was too small but very nice & clean. A/C did not work & it got very warm. The staff did their best to assist & offered $25. Voucher for inconvenience. Luckily, the weather turned cooler in the night, so we could sleep.

Pros: It was in the centre of town, easy walking distance to everything. We were thee for work and the had ear plugs at the front desk for us.

Pros: A budget motel at a budget price. Nice big bar fridge. Location was lovely, easy walking distance to the lake, restaurants & hot springs.

Cons: The room had quite a few maintenance issues, main one being bathroom door kept locking. I was told it happens quite often, this is not good enough not only inconvenient but also a safety issue. The only bedside lamp didn’t work and the light from the main ceiling light was very poor. Coffee maker didn’t work, had to go & ask for a jug.

Pros: The Harrison Spa Motel is in an ideal location. It is just one block from the public pool and there are many excellent restaurants close by. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the room was clean and and well appointed, and the bed was really comfortable. We would definitely recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Harrison Hot Springs.

Pros: We brought along with our pet and the motel asked for additional 20 cad for him, saying it was the cleaning charge. Such charge was not stated in our booking.

Cons: Very old and low-end motel. Heating was supplemented with space heaters (fire safety concerns). Our room had a heroin needle in the bathroom! No discount offered for this awful experience.

Pros: We stayed in a unit with a kitchen. It had all the utensils we needed to make a simple meal. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. The bed was very comfortable and during our October stay the motel was very quiet.

Cons: The rooms could have used a little extra cleaning and are a bit tired looking, however we really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Cons: 1st shown to a room that wad not made up! Then we had to keep requesting that I room was cleaned as only the bed was made! No cleaning within the bathroom! When complaining to the front desk, no apology just stated cleaning staff had now gone home, no management follow up. No Safe as stated, so for the whole stay we had to carry our passports and all money and valuables around on our person daily.

Cons: The amount of the deposit/incidentals was the same as the cost of the room. A Fairmont doesn’t even charge that amount! The bath drain didn’t hold water. The beds are hard. The pillows are flat. The furniture is outdated. There are no curtains on one of the windows so no sleeping in there. Slatted blinds in the front window are not very private. Someone walking by can see if they are one way, if they are the other way, someone on the ground could see in. Later than usual check in time and no flexibility meant that we could not leave our bags in the room while we attended a wedding. This meant that we could not catch the shuttle to the venue and had to drive instead.

Pros: They considered every detail about how to make your stay comfortable, such as providing both firm and soft pillows on each bed, pulling the night stand slightly forward and add outlet multi plier so each guest can charge phone while sleeping. Providing keurig coffee in each room and having an amazing continental breakfast was very nice.

Cons: The hotel focused on being green, which is great. However, I didn't like the water saving shower head. I have a lot of hair. It took a while to get it wet, and also nice to have slightly more water pressure.

Cons: I did not like the place at all. We did not feel safe. There was a guy painting his truck with spray cans 2 stalls away from my truck. The water pressure was very low. Just did not have a clean feeling to it.

Cons: The room was completely dirty and smelt like bad BO. The bathroom was gross! We tried to go use the pool but there was something gross floating all over the top of it and the hot tub was full of dirty water. Completely disappointed and disgusted with this hotel!!!

Cons: The room just wasn't clean nor properly maintained. Stains on the shredded, curtains, dirty facecloths, hair, a, sink that didn't drain, you name it. To top it off we were double charged, it took two hours out of our evening to get an answer.

I should have been told that before I paid for the room. There wasn't even a radio to listen to. One final note is all the clocks were wrong so I only had my phone to rely on. Disappointing.

Cons: Housekeeping didn't refill the creamer packets for my coffee when I had used them up. Also, there were no decaffeinated coffee pods. Great to have a fridge, but it would have been even better if the fridge had a small freezer section.

The hot tub was broken and that is a main deciding factor in booking. 0 cot available as requested.
