The Tailgate trunk door flew open on the highway going 75mph! Thank goodness nothing fell out since the van was packed full. When I checked, the locking mechanism was broken. It looked like it was closed tight, but I could pull up on the door without touching the handle & it would open.2,8 Poor

I was charged an extra $107.00 for something. I still have no idea what it was for and the receipt, which was emailed to me, does not disclose the reason for the charge. I will have to contact Hertz for an explanation. It might have been done in error but it did not apply to any extra that I agreed to pay. I am very disappointed and was quite surprised to see the amount on the emailed receipt.4,8 Mediocre

They called the day before I was to leave to tell me they wouldn't have my vehicle until later than when I had it reserved for. They did scramble to get a vehicle there but it kind of threw my schedule off9,6 Wonderful

Excellent friendly service, I was nervous about getting the specific vehicle that I had rented, due to a bad experience with a different company. Jibrill assured me that he would have a full size SUV for me & came through just as he promised, the 2018 Yukon XL was awesome. I would not even think about renting anywhere else, Jibrill has sold me on Avis!2,0 Poor
