No car available! My plan flipped because they don't have car! Why take bookings and give hope to customer when you can't provide car! Very stubborn company and been running like this for years and dont want to update their website and system to comfort customers! Will never use again!

Pros:

Staff was great, price was very reasonable and drop off was easy.

Cons:

The interior windows were dirty and had a hard time seeing the road because of it.

Enterprise was great. However, I did not like the booking process through Kayak. From the beginning I was being quoted a rate in Cdn Dollars (all in) and somewhere between starting the process and being moved to the Hotwire website the quote was switched to US Dollars. I did notice this and it would have been fine if the final total was still ‘all in’ and similar to the Cdn amount expected. It turned out to be almost 40% higher than expected as I guess the US amount was not all in. It was just disappointing that the currency and variables were changing as I went through the reservation process. It was obviously known from the beginning of my inquiry that I was shopping in Canada, making a reservation in Canada and paying in Canadian dollars. Hoping, if I book through Kayak again that the process is more transparent. Regards, Corey Smith

They did not answer the phone and did not provide any explanation that my credit card had been checked. They never asked me to verify my credit. Additionally, the rental fee was charged twice. I called them, but they did not answer.

They gave me an suv with no winter tires during the worst snow storm of the year which is illegal to drive in certain parts of BC. I slid right into a snowbank, had to get towed out, and drove 30km/hr the rest of the way home because it was so bad.

Everything was great, also considering that I arrived at the airport a little before midnight and the Avis employee was waiting for me to give me the key and all. Saturday night, too... Many thanks to that wonderful lady employee!

Good economical car. Did not like the passenger seat. The seat was way too low. I am not tall (5'3") but I am not a midget and I could barely see over the dash.
