Pros:Michelle and her team were outstanding. Great hospitality and service.
Cons:I booked in Canada and got conformation in my currency..got there and had to pay in US funds..had to wait 3hrs for it to open..The lady inside was awesome and did her best..I got double charged for insurance..Drove the car 15km to a family members house to have a nap.woke up car was stone dead..I had to get a boost wich I had to pay $300p for.went back to the airport waited 45min and drove to the lot to get another car..The first car was beat to hell every single panel was dented scratched or messed up..the second car was better but still very dirty in and out..at that point I just wanted to go because we had a 4hr drive still.
Cons:No one at the counter and my information was just laying out for other counters to access. Never managed to get a car, had to cancel and rent from someone else
Cons:This is the 3rd time we rented a vehicle from National in the Philippines, and every time there are issues from not having the vehicle and trying to put us in a smaller vehicle, it's just hassle vehicles are.not at the airport , and as I said not a smooth traction.
Cons:Very difficult to find help and reservation was not honored
Cons:Why do we reserve? To make sure we can have a car! They were sold out. It messed up our vacation.
Cons:if you guys run out of the car that costumer payed give them similar car thats not old! give them a lil bit newer!
Cons:Everything! From the moment I arrived in the airport I was told that it will take 4 minutes for the Shutle to arrive and 1 minute drive to the lot with rentals. In reality, it took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and 10 minute drive to a remote lot. Then I was told that if I don’t pay cash I will be charged 10% extra, to which I agreed. After arriving to the lot, I was asked to pay cash again. When I said I’ll pay by credit card, the lot attendant made me speak to someone on the phone who tried to convince me to pay cash. I didn’t have the amount and was not comfortable paying cash and agreed to the extra charge although I said I felt it was not fair. Then, I was told that I have to return the rental at exactly same time making it exactly 48 hour rental. However, the total rate of 5000 Pelco was for 3 full days. At that point I had enough and requested to be taken back to the airport, which took another 30 minutes of waiting despite the shuttle and driver standing right there.
