Cons:The interior of the building is filthy, rodent traps and dirt everywhere. Employees taking zero covid precautions, no masks, no distancing. I prepaid an 8 day rental months in advance but since my card had been updated in the meantime they couldn't just use the new one for incidentals. The emploees at the store couldn't make any changes so they told me to call hertz customer service and just have the card changed on the reservation. The first call I made, they said the reservation had to be canceled and refunded, and a new reservation had to be made but the rate would go up and they couldn't guarantee the vehicle would be available (?!?!?!). Three calls later and an hour later it was straightened out. No one was even slightly apologetic. I asked what cleaning or sanitation was being done to the vehicles because of covid. He said "They gave us some spray stuff to use". The car was absolutely not cleaned, it had dirt on the back sear and someones used chapstick in the center console. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again. No wonder they're going bankrupt.

Cons:They rented out the vehicle I was supposed to get to someone else. Then called me a few hours before my trip to tell me they have no vehicle for me,and I should call their other surrounding locations to see if they have it available. I was at the office the evening before to ask questions, and confirmed my vehicle was there, I was told that vehicle had to be returned to the airport. She then called back about an hour later to tell me she found a smaller vehicle. I took the smaller vehicle, at the same rate and she told me the smaller none luxury vehicle (Mitsubishi outlander) was more money to rent than a minivan which I requested. It was too late for my trip so I made do the best way I could.
