Pros:Michael was extremely helpful with securing my rental. He was very considerate and patient.
Cons:I encountered 2 issues. First, the cigarette charger was inoperable in the vehicle which caused a delay in our departure. We have 3 toddlers and some form of entertainment was a paramount. We evenly came up with a work around as well as found a Auto Zone to replace the blown fuse. Second, the numbers available to call for extention were unmanned and I was told the one number on the keychain was 24/7. The contract was extended with success however a courtesy call or text would have saved a lot of heartache and stress wondering if messages and email request were received.
Pros:That was a nice car
Cons:They lied to me ,first they did not have a car I ask for ,the car has the dent I did not see ,after I took the car back they told me I did that,I believe the knew it.
Pros:Quick service and a clean car
Cons:They didn't have the car I reserved si I had to take a SUV and pay more, plus the cigarette odor at the SUV was really heavy....
Pros:Excellent Customer service.

Cons:On August 22nd I reserved online a passenger van to be picked up on August 24th. I was able to reserve it online but the next day I received a call from enterprise rent a car saying that they don't have that vehicle, I tried 3 other enterprise locations and after reserving this type of vehicle they would all call me about one hour later to tell me that they do not have a passenger van. So I made 4 reservations that had to be canceled in the end, this is ridiculous, apparently, they do not know which vehicles they have in stock, I told them I will never rent from enterprise again.
Pros:A rival car company refused to rent to me as a last minute rental with only a debit card. Enterprise found a way to verify my identity and address off of a utility bill. They then got me a great car and allowed me to return it to a location closer to my home (by a few miles). They are customer-oriented, and it shows.

Cons:I paid for the rental online, but when I arrived to pick up the rental they didn't have record of me paying. The money had been taken out of my account but I was unable to get rental.
Cons:I ubered to the Norcross Hertz and arrived at 9. Employee told me they didn't have the van I needed. It would've been nice if they had called to tell me this before I spent $30 on the Uber to get there. I then had to Uber to the Lawrenceville location to get the van I needed. Upon bringing the van home I realized the back was littered with mud and hay.
Pros:The pick up at Snellville was superb. Thanks Tanya Burns for being a great help.
Cons:The drop off was easy but I would suggest to others to get the final invoice when dropping and don't leave it to them to send by email. I was charged extra for extra time which was not right and it is too much of hassle to get reimbursement.
Pros:Should of known from the beginning that it was bad when I showed up and had to wait two hours for my rental, because they forgot to get the oil change done before I got there. Then after inspecting the car and she tells me everything is good and I don’t owe anything, the next day get billed 300 more
Cons:Be honest with people. I will never use hertz again!!!!!
Pros:The car I had reserved wasn't ready when I arrived at the location. The agent had already assigned another car to me that was an upgrade.
