I ubered to the Norcross Hertz and arrived at 9. Employee told me they didn't have the van I needed. It would've been nice if they had called to tell me this before I spent $30 on the Uber to get there. I then had to Uber to the Lawrenceville location to get the van I needed. Upon bringing the van home I realized the back was littered with mud and hay.Budget

Michael was extremely helpful with securing my rental. He was very considerate and patient.Cons:
I encountered 2 issues. First, the cigarette charger was inoperable in the vehicle which caused a delay in our departure. We have 3 toddlers and some form of entertainment was a paramount. We evenly came up with a work around as well as found a Auto Zone to replace the blown fuse. Second, the numbers available to call for extention were unmanned and I was told the one number on the keychain was 24/7. The contract was extended with success however a courtesy call or text would have saved a lot of heartache and stress wondering if messages and email request were received.3,6 Poor
