Arrived at 2 PM to pick up my car. Tendon claims there were no cars on the lot to come back at 4 PM. Pawn my return there were still no cars and had to wait an additional hour and a half. This way time of 3 1/2 hours is inconsiderate and unacceptable. I chose hurts because of the name and their reputation. It was a complete let down of my expectations andShould have chosen another company! This weekend was my sons graduation from medical school and this certainly affected it negatively2,0 Poor

They told us to bring the car back in the same condition as we got it, but did not document all the scratches and dents that were already on the car.
