Nothing. Kayak sucks. The rental agency does not hold any reservations made through Kayak so there is no guarantee you will get a car. I reserved a Jeep Wrangler. The only option available when we got their was a Toyota Corolla. Spent two weeks jammed into a vehicle that was too small for us.I’ll never use Budget or Kayak again. Go direct to the car rental company and prepay. It is the only way to guarantee they will have a car for you. Four other renters had the exact same experience while we were there fighting with the agent to get our rental so it wasn’t just us.

The staff directed us to another car rental agency that was able to provide a car.When I reserve a car, I expect that to mean that a car will be available. Apparently this is not well understood by Budget. They did not have a car available as promised, so I can only provide the lowest rating possible as feedback. I won't make the mistake of reserving with Budget in the future.

They didn’t have a car for us after all even though we reserved one. We still paid for rental insurance that didn’t apply to our other rental.

We did not end up renting a car with budget as when we arrived at the airport we were told they didn't have one available even though we were able to book it on line. We asked if there would be one the next day and they said call in the morning but probably not!!! So here we are stranded with no carEverything!!! Will never book with budget again. How can an online system accept a booking and then be told there is no car available. We are now home and have just seen an insurance charge on our visa card DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!

NothingReservation was at 6am at airport. We were told there's no car, and maybe by 11am there's one. They offered car rental from satellite car rental next booth. We had to rent from Satellit Rental(old car didn't work well so had to exchange)after an hour or two of hesitation. No apology either.

We arrived to pick up our car and we were informed that there were no cars for us because they let the person who was renting our car before us extend their rental into our time. They told us we would have to get the car the following day. It ruined our plans for the rest of our trip.
